Title: Concerning the caption contest...

Jay started this, and I've always really liked it. The best part about it is how many people play.
For this reason, I'd like it to be a bit more consistent. Jay was originally handling it, however, he hasn't been around all that much. If he still wants to be the 'facilitator' for this, it's his...but until that time, I'm going to hand it to someone else.
Soooo...I'm offering it to Zippapants first. If he don't want it, then whoever wants to do it can PM me and I'll just pick from those that show an interest.

Random thought: Anyone who finds a potentially good picture for this could post it in a thread and then the person in charge could post it. Or we could have Kimmi take over the caption contest.
