rina; "I've known Freddy since the very first day of school. Stupid crayons spilling all over... Well, at least some good came of it, when Freddy stopped and helped me pick up. I've always been able to count on Ricky. I think I'm one of the few people who can keep all his nicknames straight. Well, most of the time, at least. But lately, we haven't been able to spend much time... not to mention that uncomfortable feeling I get every so often when I'm around him. Is it normal to like your best friend? freddy; "I've known Rina pretty much forever. According to her, I helped her pick up her crayons in kindergarten, but my memory sucks. The only thing I really remember is when we "got married" in second grade. It was the cool thing to have fake weddings during recess at school, and since me and Rina were best friends, we figured why not get married? I think I still have the rubber band that we used as our wedding rings. It's crazy how many memories we've made together. But now we're kind of growing apart, and I have to admit that I'm partially to blame for the distance. It's not my fault her boyfriend drives me crazy. chris; "We used to follow Jacob round together when we were little, the two of us desperate for his attention. We formed a bond because of that, and we also learnt from it. Just as Jacob tried to protect us I tried to protect and look after Freddy, although since he was only a year younger than me it didn't work all that well.
