NOTE: THIS TUTORIAL IS FOR PHOTOSHOP CS. STEP 4 WILL NOT WORK FOR PS7 SOLIDUS IS LOOKING HOW TO DO IT FOR 7



1. Create a document, I choose, 400 x 400

2. Now fill it with Black.

3. I used the star brush made by PS It is number 29 and Just smother it with stars. (Make sure the stars are white)


4. Go to Filter >> Artistics >> Neon Glow. Then choose the one I have in the pic below.

5.It should look something like this now.

6. Go to Filter >> Distort >> Spherize. and do the same settings as mine.


7. Press Ctrl+U then click colorize and make it what ever color you want, I made mine blue. (this step isn't neccesary, but you can do it just to make it look kool for your friends.)

8. Go to Filter >> Luquify. and Luquify till you think you have done enough this is what I came out with.

9. Cover you work with more of those stars make sure it is 100% Opacity.

10. Next Go to Filter >> Sketch >> Graphics Pen. Don't worry about settings and hit Chrome.


11. Hit CTRL+U and hit colorize (make sure there is a check in the box) now make it what ever colour you want. I chose green for a bacteria look.

12. Finished Product.

Now lets see what you guys got :) and add any other brushes or experiment with other brushes, add text or what ever.

and I made this 100% my self, I was fooling around and made it lol.
