Hmm, I think you could really use seom more numbers. As for GG, only take them in big units of say 25x. Otherwise your opponent will blast them away.
I\'d say to drop the GG, and throw in more skellies and Zombies in big blocks. As for your other wight lord, he\'s okbut you might want to consider more magic by dropping him and making your count a lord.

A number of things I would do.
1. Like Crosis said, drop the GG, with only 14 they will get butchered and you cant bring em back so its points down the drain.
2. make your units of ghouls 7's and have 3 units, youre just wasting numbers with bigger units IMO.
3. You cant put the Periapt and Book on the same Necro...both are arcane items (tho I think we have all tried this at some point or another so dont worry about the oversight!)
4. If you really want to have 2 Wight Lords than take a second unit of skeles and make him a BSB with War Banner so your skeles can actually give otehr ranked up units a problem.
In general I would say you are just a bit light on blocks of troops. With only a count and 1 necro you run the risk of not being able to summon enough to keep what you have alive long enough to hit their flanks as well. I would strongly consider either switching this list to a Carstein One or Dropping the second Wight Lord for a second Necro to start accentuating the Necrarchs strng points.
Hope that helps a bit, just my opinion mind...

I agree with the previous posters:
1. definately drop the second wight lord and replave him with a necromancer
2. 3 smaller units of ghouls is a much better choice
3. So few grave guards isn't worth it. Either make the unit of 20. Or replace them with something else. Black coach or a DoW giant perhaps?

I can say little that hasn't been said already. Divide the ghouls up, and drop your second WL and GG. Use it to get a block of zombies, and up your count to a lord.

O.K., Ghouls changed into 3 units of 7 and Black Periapt removed from Maxim.
So, you all say that there is no way how I could keep GG in my army and still call it well made?
Lord Crosis - November 3, 2006 07:21 PM (GMT)
we are not saying you can\'t have GG, but if you want to have them you must know how to field them right.
Taking them in a small block will only result in them being whittled away and then killed. Take them in large numbers, say 25+. This means that your enemy will probably kill those extra 5 guys kills from shooting and magic, but you\'ll still have max rank bonus.

Yes, yes, but what should I throw out to be able to make them 25 men strong?

I will send you a detailed pm in a few minutes. I don\'t have the time at the moment.
Ok?

OK I dont know exact points cost but here is what I would do.
Drop the light armour and spears from the skeletons and reduce them to 19 (+vamp), its just a point sink really. Lose one unit of ghouls also. Use these points to buff your GG to 25 strong. That way your opponent has to decide if he wants to aim at your vamp and his cheap skele bodyguard or your elite unit.
Personally I would drop the halberds and invest in more models, but thats just me. Also I would go with a War Banner instead of Banner of Doom.
Drop the Second Wight Lord and either beef your Vamp or better still grab a second necro to give the Periapt to....remember you can save your opponents unused dice as well as your own, and add a scroll.
Finally I would drop the SoK from the Mounted WL and give him a Lance. Unless youre character hunting with him he is better off with the Lance. Mine also carries the Cursed book, funny when combined with Banner of the Barrows.
A lot of this is personal choice tho so do what you feel suits your style of play.
Again hope this helps
