I like the characters (though I would take the Cursed Book instead of 2 scrolls). There's some points you can save though - no reason to take a Skellie bunker, if you allow it to be charged by anything that can win, you've done something wrong. Take 10 naked Zombies and save 30 points, easier to raise into too.
I'd optimize and take 10 knights, makes 11 with Wight Lord. Of course it's good to keep the rank bonus after a casualty, I can buy that. What I can't buy is Spirit Hosts - unless you only play friendly games and know beforehand what you will face. It's just not a good choice today with loads of Wood Elves and Skaven in tournaments.

I know the advantages of the zombie bunker, but I'd like to try the skellie bunker instead - the champion can help, as can the save.
the 11bks+WL, is IMHO, more efficient than the 10 + wight lord, unless you deploy with 5 in the front rank and 6 in the rear, to allow you to retain rank bonus, but 2x6 is better, IMHO.

Maybe a BSB will be better for your army. He does lose some armor save, but a gem of blood should fix that.
With him your BK won't crumble, and their hitting power is unchanged. Also, you should drag the host with them (as a detachment :) ), so ghosts can protect the BKs flank and benefit from a bsb.
And as NIB said, those 2 scrolls are a waste, since you have 6DD. And the skellie bunker... well maybe it could work if your front lines can't hold the line, and you need a hiding place for your vampire. Not an often seen scenario.

Just a note - you can't have 6 models in a back rank, if the front rank is only 5 models.

I also agree with Razon, upgrade the wight to a bsb since it makes your units a bit more durable, I would also prefare to have cursed book on this bsb(then you dont have to drop any scrolls if you want to get it)
