It's OK, but I would change a couple of things:

Combine the unit of 5 BKs with the unit of 6 to give you a hammer unit, and drop the barding on the other, using it as a fast, flanking unit.

On the WL, I would either stick to the SoK + ench. shield or cursed book.

Bats would be better in a unit of 5/6 for FIE.

Check your points again. I ran it twice and came up with 2005........ ;)
