General tactics are pretty obvious. The army works on the massiv emagical power of the necrach Vampire to keep zombies in the fight while magically enhanced Black Knights go for flanks. Grave Guard and zombie bunker guard the magical heart of this army. Spirit Host, Dire Wolves and Ghouls act as trouble shooters.
I'd switch the Staff of Damnation for the Cursed Book, otherwise it looks fine.
Not sure on the cursed book.
Since for it to be properly effective I have to have my necromancer in a fighting rank. In my club all but the Empire army tend to have multiple attacks for there units. (Orc army includes savage orcs, chariots and boar boys mostly.)
Since it has a 6" reach, you will protect the unit you deployed your necro bunker behind (which should contain the Necrarch lord), and perhaps parts of adjacent units. In protracted combats in your center you should be able to get it to where it's needed to tip the scales in your favour. The more attacks the enemy units have, the more effect you get from the Cursed Book.
