ok heres my first VC list... can you help me make it better?

Ditch the rod and get a periapt and scroll. Ditch the musicians in the bunkers, and with the spare, switch the ghouls to wolves, or get an extra 2 ghouls. They're too small to be effective, atm.

Why bother with Periapt? You have 6 pd, each caster using 3 pd per spell, so nothing left over to store.

It all depends. Periapt is always useful, especially if you're against an even heavier-magic opponent, as you can get extra DD as well. Plus you can save unused DD.

Pardon, but wheres the Necrarch.
Apart from that, like Mortis said make the Ghoul unit a little bigger.
Maybe by taking off a few Zombies or Skeletons from the bigger units.
