Hi people, this is my first post and I agree that Im spanish and my english is very bad; but I will try to write the best possible
Ok, then its my first list on VC army and I take some ideas of NIB and his list of Lord of Death. The primordial idea is to advance with the three blocks of zombies that begin in flank-center and protect the other flank with the black nights (or blocking marches with the bats).
I like the idea of cast agressive summonings at the first of the battle and the lore of death in the necrach. Please, help me and tell how i can play with the VC and this list to win a lot of battles jajjajaja (remember that I not play never with VCs)

Ok, I had 21 points but dont know if put other fell bat, or one ghoul more in each unit and a musician in the bunker.... accept your suggestions
thanks
Salutations,
First, whats jajjajaja?
With the 21 pts (that means points) you should add an extra fell bat.
And I would drop the banshee (their scream is not very reliable, and they very rarely earn their pts) and get 7 ghouls (56 pts), a dispell scroll for the necromancer with the book of Arkhan (25 pts) and add an extra ghoul to one of your units of 5 (8 pts).
Ar'kazail Out!
You should scrap about 9 zombies and 1 musician for a total of 59 pts and drop one of the units of 25 for 165 pts (224 pts left)
Then use those 59 pts and the points for the zombies to get a unit of 20 skeletons with light armor, a captin, and a standard (also a musician if you have the pts)
I always take skeletons over zombies (I like them better, not as smelly or slow)
Skeletons=better than zombies
If you use my advice thank my cousin, he did the math (I didn't feel like it)
Ar'kazail + math= sad Ar'kazail
Ar'kazail Out!

Banshees not effective? you have obvisouly never used them enough or correctly. A banshee by herself isnt much but two of them creates all sorts of horrors. First the enemy will be scared of them and will worry quite abit about them, they will also annoy them thus causing him/her to make mistakes.
Secondly two banshees will very quickly destroy heavyly armoured units, knight units very quickly die to these girls. Also screaming at enemy heros works well, sure they may have decent leadership but when you scream at them enough they will die and besides the banshee scream has a fairly decent change of killing one off.
Also use banshees to hold up chariots and monsters by charging her into it and by having a BSB near by she wont lose any wounds due to lost combat
Banshees in my regard are very much worth their points. Just because they dont "earn their points back" does not mean they arnt effecitive, they can cause your enemy to make mistakes and that is priceless.
Hi people, yesterday I had my first battle with the list (finaly with 4 fell bats and any other change) versus bretonians, and too my first lost with CV. The truth is that I was very confused with the change of army and I dont know what to do in many moments, principally in the magic phase.
He had from left side to right, a unit of 12 peasant bowmen, a unit of 6 knights of the realm, a unit of 6 grial knights, a lord bretonian with the silver lance that impacts automatically (that goes solitary?), a BSB with the banner of the lady with other paladin in a great unit of seven questing knights with war banner, 15 peasant bowmen, two of 6 knights errant, and 12 peasant bowmen. Two damisel with 4 scrolls was in the rear of the second ant third peasant units (and only the questing knights had command group).
I had from left side to right, 4 fell bats, 5 ghouls, a unit of 10 black knights full equip with banner of the barrows, protecting a hill in his front and with a house in his right, a unit of 5 dire wolves behind the knights, a banshee in the behind the house, a unit of 25 zombies with a necro in the right of the house, other unit of 25 zombies with the necrarch and with the necrobunker with two necros behind them, and the last 25 zombies, with 5 dire wolves behind and 5 ghouls in his right flank.
My spells were with the necrarch, the steal soul, wind of death, the four spell of death (cause fear or terror), and the doom and darkness. With the necros, the obligatory IoN in the three and the hand of dust (necro with the arkhan book), the gaze (necro with the cursed book) and the danse (necro with the rod of flaming death).
The first turn was mine, and I advance the blocks of zombies (a bit less the block of the necrarch), the bats advance for destroy the peasant bowmens, the black knights stop at the edge of the hill to protect the area and the flank of the zombies, and the dire wolves of the right, protect the hill that are in front of them. In the magic phase the damisels spend two scrolls.
In his first turn, the questing knigths charge my left unit of zombies (I forgot to extract the necro jeje), and only two zombies survive the combat. His other movements consist in advance his units taking positions.
In my second turn, the fell bats charge the peasant bowmens and combat with they for the rest of the battle. In the right, my 25 zombies advance pivoting and with the hill on his right, protected with ghouls; and the dire wolves blocking and redirecting the two units of knights errant while the center unit of zombies with general charge the flank of the questing knights. In the magic phase, he spend his last two scrolls, and I raise ten zombies in the unit in combat with the questing knights.
In his second turn the combat continues, and in my third turn was the disaster, when I begin to win the principal combat, with the black knights and a unit of 25 zombies protecting the flanks of the principal combats, the first spell in my magic phase with a necro, cause a mistake and my finally my magic phase, OHHH NOOOĦĦĦ In his turn the questing brokes the unit and my general death, and only the black knights can destroy his grial and realm knigths.
The banshee do nothing in the battle and, my principal error that I see is that my support units were lost and not had good objectives.
Brets'd probably be a tough nut to crack with this anyway. I recommend you find space for a second banshee. They work best in tag-teams, and are unbeatable for opening up those Bret tins. (heh. Kind of a pun.)
