Title: First Necrach List - 1,000 Points
Ninners - July 15, 2007 10:46 AM (GMT)
This is my first VC list. I'm mainly making the army for modelling and it's not made for winning all the time, although it would be nice  . So, if there are any really dumb things I've done please say, but please don't tell me things that will make a really tough list or go too far off the current one. Thanks

The necromancer can't have the awakening. It's not a vampire and thus can't get bloodline powers.
This isn't a necrarch list, it's a necromancer army.
Switch The Awakening to a scroll and the Power familiar to a Periapt and Scroll. As useful, and you've saved 10 points.
Boost both skellie blocks to 20, cut one zombie block down to 10, and get a pack of 5 ghouls to act as a distraction or give one unit of skellies light armour.

OK, thanks. What do I need to do to make it a necrach list? Add a thrall and make him a level 1 mage?

To be honest, at 1k, a necrarch thrall isn't worth it in my opinion. 1500 I might include one, but at 1k, it isn't really worth it. At 1500pts, get a necrarch thrall with Dark acolyte and a scroll.

Don't buy Zombies for game, get skeles and raise skeles, unless your on power lvl 3 of course...
