Sesshoumaru definatly. The Hulk maybe stronger than him, but Sesshoumaru is much faster and has more devastating attacks.

That might not work. The Hulk has had it's entire body burned off, leaving him a skeleton. He regenerated in less than a minute.

Doing that would be suicide. It takes a while for Hulk to calm down. While calming down he would be tearing Sesshoumaru's limbs off.

People who said that Hulk would win know what they are talking about. The whole Inuyasha cast are weak compared to the Hulk.
Now than what would be worth argueing about is The Hulk Vs Naraku.
Since they both do regenerate but even by than, Hulk would win considering he regenerates faster.
