The land of Cataria, A peaceful grassland country that is home to humanoids called Catarians, people with features of cats, such as tails, ears, and claws. As well as other features. This country was a place of commerce, races all over the world would come to the catarian cites to trade, sell and buy things where it was little in stock else where. The capital city was no different. Calitia, as the city is called. Was the home of the queen herself, Cahala. One of the most beautiful catarians indeed. Young for a ruler, at the age of 20, Cahala rules alone. Having not married, nor been betrothed.

Inside the city however there has been many plots to overthrow The rulership and take the land for their own. The flourishing city had little military defense. But was hardly needed for the walls of Calita were grand enough to keep the defense.
The countries articular designs is that of old Egypt, Mixed with that of a gothic city from ages ago.

However as mentioned before mainy people crave the power of cataria, with their water irrigation system and grand building skills. An emperor by the named of Yue Darkion, studys this country with evil intent. With night black hair and dark saphire eyes he plots...

Race description(Optional): Thayan - a magocratic culture, Thay is an infamous country of the 'unaproachable east' created by the Mulans (an human ethnical group not unlike Catarians folk) people who conquered and enslaved the local natives. They are slender, elegants in outlook and clothings, with a tendence to suntan if they are not of the upper class. They shave their bodies much - even at times to the eyelashes, and like tatoos, often magical.

Taught as one of those powerfull, feared and hated mages, he is walking amongst the world in ressearch of knowledge - and such, power. Appearance(please more than two sentances.): (I don't have a pic of him or Inome.) Resembles Bankotsu somewhat in the fact that he wears his long white hair in a braid. Like Inome, his skin is pale, deathly white. And unlike Bankotsu, he is tall, much much taller than Inome. People often mistake him for Inome's father due to his looking older than 22.

Short bio: Kasha was training to be a warrior for his village when his sister got the crazy idea to travel. He helped his mother raise the other children, and was a well-liked guy by the village. When Inome was about to leave, he was torn between staying and following the person who mattered most to him.

Appearance(please more than two sentances.): He wears all black, has deep blue eyes and long black hair and also has a pair of dragon wings and a dragon tail. When his inner demon takes over, Alvas' hair stays the same length but turns blond and his eyes turn blood red as well as his arms and legs get covered in black scales and two horns sprout out of his head, his fingernails becoming four inch long claws.
Short bio: Alvas had a hard childhood, being picked on and teased about what he was. After both his parents were killed, he went off on his own, trying to survive. He is a kind and caring person at heart but when he gets badly hurt or the person he loves is in mortal danger, his inner demon inside is unleashed.

Inside the catarian royal castle, the queen, Cahala walked towards the window. Looking out, to the rainy sky. The city was peaceful, at least on the overlook. People were going about their business, troting through the streets to escape ther wet fates and get to wherever they needed to go.
However, one woman wearing a black cloak and hood walked calmly in the rain, she enjoyed it really. Her silvery cat ears and long black hair, silver highlights and waist lenght hair.

"Inome! WAIT!!" But Inome neither slowed down nor looked back. Kasha thought for a moment, and then remembered what would make her mad. "INO!!!" The white-haired fiery girl spun around in the rain and glared at him.
"Knew you would stop. Come on, let's go back to the inn." Not replying due to her fury, Inome broke away and kept on running as far as her short legs would carry. She skidded and slammed into a woman with a cloak. Looking up fiercely, Inome glared again and went back to Kasha.
"Let's go. I'm tired of the rain and Genso is waiting for us." mumbled Inome. They looked back at the sly woman, and went inside the inn.

*Some citizens of the capital could see a strange sceneries, at two opposed parts of the city.

In a large street of the southern sector, bypassers take a time and turns to look, forgetting the rain a moment. A man was walking slowly, his shoulders slumped. He had on him an hooded scarlet red robe, a rather omnious sight. A suntanned face and hands were visible, the hands holding a simple staff, used to help walking. On his back, a backpack of travel.

Dust and mud soiled the lower end of his robe... This man looked like a traveler. A traveler mage.... Tiredly, he looked around for an inn, protecting himself as best as he could from the moonsoon.

Hey, there was a comotion near. Elves, and one of those natives... Ah, an inn. Any inn wopuld do. He walks toward it.*

*In a more northern part, a perhaps even stranger man walk, slowly. Tall, elegant in the way he walk, even pretty. He had sharp features, a vague oriental air. The man was wearing a sort of skirt thing, white and golden.. On his shoulders, a sort of straw cloack used by peasants and travelers of the eastern realms, and a slender fighting staff. He was wearing a curious golden horned headgear, his dark hairs braided. A mysterious, peacefull smile was on his lips as he walked forward, toward the royal palace, emerald green eyes set on the building. Slowly, but surely.*

Short bio: She's lived in the city her whole life. Never did anything out of the ordinary a until she fifteenth birthday, when the water by her jumped up then fell back to place. She soon realized she had water magic. ((She can only control water though, not able to make it appear. But she uses the water moleculs in the air, so it seems like she can make it appear.)) Then she go a job at the palace as a maid. She's been working there ever since.

"He looks so sad. Maybe we should talk to him." The small child, Sura, peeked out of the window, and pointed a tiny finger at the man standing outside of the inn. Inome took no notice and returned to her stories. Kasha, however, leaned over Sura and looked for himself. "Inome! We should go and talk to him." When she gave no reply, but a grunt, he sighed and said what he usually said when she was being difficult. "Be rational." Inome growled and kept on writing.
"He has a staff! Kasha, can I go see?" Kasha nodded, and Sura dashed out of their small room and soon appeared out in the rain. She began to pester the man and pull at his robe. Kasha ran out after her.
"Sorry, sir," he said, apologizing to the hooded figure. "She's a lot to handle."

Alvas sighed as he stood under a overhanding roof to get out of the rain. He had a cloak wrapped tightly around his body as he looked around at the passing people with his deep blue eyes.

Hum. *The strange 'oriental' foreigner stopped walking, as if he heard, saw or felt something. Strange... he hold an hand forward, frowning... And looked straight at the watcher's position, his emerald green eyes calm, if a bit... fixated.*

Ve ash thash? *The voice was soft, calm -the language unknown; a combination of hard consonants, hissing sibilants and soft vowels. Strange, yet beautill, exotic. And even more strange - and destabilizing, is that the watcher heard it in the ears... and the mind.* Who is this? *Again, this time a perfect if somewhat accented 'common tongue'*

The cloaked woman rubbed her head. "Uh... what in the world was THAT about?" Her soft voice piped. She shook her head abd pulled up her hood. "Gah im sick of rain.." The woman whined and took to the inn for shelter. As The woman walked into the inn, she pulled off her cloak, shaking it dry from the rain. "Sheesh.. its really coming down now.." The dark haired catarian walked to the bar. "The useual." She spoke softly to the bartender and the woman mixed her a white colored mixed drink.

Out of the way, kid. *The man mumbled, his yellow eyes on the kid, then her older 'sister' or something. He had a cold face, all shaven except his eyelashes and brows, suntanned and with a tatoo. The man was not looking very heroic, for sure.* You should keep your little sister to you and not bothers foreigners - especially when they may know the 'art'. *He added sneering in an annoyed tone. Strange accent, kind of catarian, yet different.*

Alvas glanced over at the man, blinking slightly. "Must be just me..." He said to himself, watching the man.

*The strange man continued to look at Alvas, a bit eeriely fixated. Alvas heard the voice again, calm, quiet. He raise an hand peacefully* Are you following me, watcher? Are you of the town's gard?

The rain was unrelenting pouring from the sky. The woman looked back at the comotion near the door. "Hm? What's going on I wonder.. " she flicked her silver ears. Siping her drink. Geting a light buzz.

Inside the castle the queen walked into the throne room, taking a seat into the gold color thrown. A panther statue on either side. "The rain..." She looked towards the window.

"I am not." Alvas said, turning from the man and heading to the inn, wanting to get out of the rain.

I sighed. I wasn't new here at the palace, but everyone treated me as the new girl, mainly because I was the youngest. I had to go find the queen and ask if there was anything she could do. Everyone knew that the queen almost never asked for anything, they loved to watch me try anyway. I walked into the throne room. "Your Majesty?"

Kasha tried to comfort the whimpering child. Good lord, she was crying all because a stranger was rude to her. They climbed the stairs and crossed the landing to their rented room. When he stepped in, ushering Sura in front of him, he automatically knew something was wrong.
Inome wasn't there.

*The foreigner sneered, pushing the door and entering the inn. The fire of kossuth - the Firelord, God of Fire and saint patron of Thay - may burn that brat.... And warm him. The background sounds level dropped as the patrons saw him enter, and somes may know the signification of his robe.... A Red Wizard from the distant and elevated magocracy of Thay.

Smirking lightly, he sat down in a distant corner,slumping down in the chair in fatigue. Such a long travel.*

The queen looked up. Snaping out of her daydreaming. "Oh? Yes? WHats the matter?" Though she was hardly asked anything the Queen was a kind and fair woman. She looked at Imia with those emrald eyes. "Is something wrong?"

The Weam stood to her feet. Tossig her monney to the barkeep, she felt uneasy about this red mage or whatever and decided to keep her distance. Her crimson red eyes caught a good look at him. "Hm.."

Alvas sighed and walked to a table, sitting down. He scanned the room, not really meeting anyones eyes.

Every room in the whole palace had been tended to. Every single one. And yet, I'm standing, making a fool out of myself so I can fit in. It's always like this for me.

The hodded woman shook her head. Rushing out side the building she got a bucket of water and splashed the flames. Reapeating untill others joined in and the flames were doused. "Morons.."

The catarian queen shook her head and sighed. "Somethings troubeling you." She stood up. Her slender body moving gracefuly as she did. "You want to ask me something. Get ot off your chest."

A young catgirl with pink short hair and waist lenght bangs looked around thr hotel rooms, watching the young child. Knowing "wassamatta?" she asked in a childish tone.

Alvas had helped out to put out the fire. "Man people need to watch it." He muttered to himself, shaking his head.

(not to mention to not go all evil or overpower, overboard, break teh setting, etc. Try to work your way in the game in a manner not to break everyone's fun.)

*Suddently, great magical hailstones pounded the area down for 6 seconds, bashing an area 20-ft. radius, 40 ft. high creating at the same time cold burst around. The hail stopped as soon as it was done, leaving dammages behind - but stopping the fire everywhere it had it.*
