As of a few hundred chapters ago, Bleach outranks all of them.Team Bleach only needs Aizen to win. He puts them all under his Absolute Hypnosis and kills them 1 by 1.
Or, Ulquiorra nukes the place with his giant ass Cero blast.

Team Inuyasha can sit this one out and let team Bleach take out both teams. 99% of the Bleach team can sit this out too, since all they need is Kenpachi. His reiatsu alone kills everyone on the other team.
