Okay, I haven't been on in awhile so I decided to start a new RPG. Mostly for my own amusement but maybe for yours too. Anyways, here it goes.



The Land of Nemis was a peaceful land. Workers gathered crops and everyone had a job that they gladly went about. Guards considered it an honor to protect Govenor Parson. Unfortunately, a plague passed through the land and as Parson traveled reassuring the people that they would be fine and a vaccine would be created, he fell ill from the same plague he had promised to protect his people from. The people panicked, guards evacuated because they feared they wouldn't be protected anymore, and the reign of Govenor Parson came to an end as the plague disappeared from the land.

With Parson dead, the people were in chaos. Suddenly, a new person stood and took over the reign that Parson had cherished. His name was Delnin. Not long after he took over, a group of peasants called the Packt refused to go under his command and spread rumors of evil things that Delnin had done.

Thus, the war began. The once peaceful land of Nemis was now split into two sides, the side with Govenor Delnin and the ones against him. As the war progressed Delnin paid scientist after scientist to create battle fit humans. If they increased the strength of the children(which they tested on, most were orphans) they would die in a few days time. If they increased the intelligence they would develop brain tumors and die. Nothing they did seemed to work.

One scientist, Neth, switched the viewpoint of the project. Instead of increasing why not conjoin two beings spiritually so they both have the attributes they need? After several tests it proved to be a success. By conjoining a human's spirit with an animal's spirit they were able to increase they're attributes, although in some the cases the animal did not survive but the spirit remained or the human possesed side affects such as habit changes and animal growth such as ears or tails. Unfortunately, Neth, the great scientist became psychotic. He would stay days in his lab and work on making perfect specimens, but something about his work had changed. He spread supposed 'rumors' he had heard about Delnin actually doing horrible things.

Not soon after he had spread the rumors, he was murdered but not until after he had perfected the process of conjoining souls. Many though it was a gang that had killed him, for he had recently been seen being followed by cloaked men. They believed this also because his lab had been obviously searched, most likely for valuable items.

So they continued creating conjoined beings without Neth, but what they didn't know was that part of Neth's original research was missing.





There are two sides everyone must choose from, The Packt, the ones against Govenor Delnin, and The Frede's the ones with Govenor Delnin.


Also everyone can be regular human or a human conjoined with a spirit of an animal. The animal can be either alive or dead but they're spirit is still conjoined with them.


Plot:



Name: Shira

Age: 15

Gender: Female

Spirit Conjoined With: Wolf

Appearance:Here

Personality: Most of the time she is a very cheerful girl, smiling all the time and sometimes clumsy. Other times shes very quiet and looks as if she is daydreaming, even if someones looking her straight in the eyes. She's very intelligent, though she doesn't think so, and that brings her self-esteem down which is why she always tries to stay happy.

Other Info: Her wolf spirit she conjoined with died a few days after they were conjoined. After that, though she wished she could have stopped it, she grew wolf ears and a tail, very painfully. Some scientists, when she had recovered, claimed that she had been in so much pain they had considered putting her out of her misery. She often wonders what it would have been like if she had had a family and she wouldn't have been tested on.
Shira mainly uses summoning powers and swords as her weapons. The spirit of her wolf often walks by her side, people can sometimes see him if he wishes to be seen and eventually she names him Karu.

Alliance: Frede, but only because she was created by Delnin's scientists......

Alliance: Frede... probably could be swayed.

Appearance:Damn I like this pic...

Weapons: Kunai dipped in poison.

Personality: Usually, Kyo's a stern, quiet fellow. But he has a bit of a Napoleon complex: insulting his height could get you stabbed. Why yes, Arakawa does plan to sue me, why?

Other Info: Kyo was combined with a spider to grant him powers that would allow him to be a perfect assassin (running up walls and such). A minor drawback came when he decreased in height by about a foot, which he is very sensitive about.
Kyo's spider spirit twitters to him constantly, but he cannot understand it...

I still laugh at the "Maybe not so gay" part xD


Name: Kio [pronouced- Kigh-o, or like 'Bio' but with a 'K']

Age: 14

Gender: Female

Spirt Conjoined with: Neko Neko!

Alliance: I think she's with the Packt

Appearance: Rwr

Personality: Kio is a girl who can find happiness in anything, always smiling, and cheerful, always seems to be hyper, but she's just like that, quiet oblivious, and confuses easily, she's not very bright and can't read. Which is one of the two things that birng her down, the fact she can't read and the fact her name sounds like a guys.

Other info: The neko she was conjoined with survied and became her best friend, Kio can not stand to be without it. She doesn't remmeber anything of a family and doesn't worry about that, or wonder about herself being joined with a neko. Though, she could have liked it more if there wasn't so much pain... Her weapon is scythe, bigger then herself. Doesn't mind fighting, whether it be senseless or not. Loves ot say "Meow" For some reason...

Personality: Never talks unless its required. She is Cold and will ignore you if you do not seem worthy enough to consume her time.

Other Info: She will work for you until you pay her, then you better watch your back. She has no friends and both sides use her and hate her. She was one of the people that killed the Professor, she expects that the leaders of each side are going to get her to kill each other.

Anko, could you please add whose side you are on? I know I forgot mine too, but I added it.

I'm not on anyone's side, though I have seen it from both sides and both have they're own reasons. I'm just hired help, as it says and hints in my character sheet.

Personality: Kinda quiet, but isn't afraid to speak for what she believes in. She has an attitude problem but is caring as well.
Kaiya is also a straight A student. She is a prep so she can also be really snotty and rude.

History: She hasn't had any family since she was in Jr. High. He parents died in a fight againest an unknown demon. She has no known brothers or sisters as well. She still lives though in a old apartment downtown. She moved from Kagoshima to Tokyo when her parents died.

Race: Conjoined with a Fox

Personality: Happy most of the time, but gets really, really angry if anyone even mentions the scientists. She can be stubborn and has a short temper, but is very loyal to her friends and would do anything for them. She lovable and caring, but prefers not to talk about her past.

History: After her parents were killed in the war, the scientists took her in with promises of good times. However, she was just another experiment. They conjioned her with an alive Fox Spirit. They tested her over and over until something went wrong and she grew ears. But they thought her ears were too big so they tried to fix it and she ended up with two tails. After the second tail appeared, Chikako was determined to escape. She did, hiding among the others who had rebelled, in an apartment she rents. She pays for it by working in a supermarket on sundays and at a big buisness part time.
She had a few side effects from her merge with the fox. Her hearing and sense of smell sky rocketed, and she has a taste for red meat.
She has her Fox Spirit with her all the time. He is almost always visible. He can be in his little or big form. Chikako calls him Ni-san, even though he isn't her older brother...

*Chikako is called Hima by all her friends. So, when speaking to her say Hima, but when referring to her say Chikako.

Name: Aliri

Age: 14

Gender: Female

Spirit Conjoined With: Bat

Alliance: Frede... doesn't have a political opinion

Appearance: black eyes, webbed connection between arms and body (wingish), and fangs, short knotted brown hair

Weapons: boomerangs with blades

Personality: Aliri had once had a family, and is spiteful (sp?) because of this. Her mother was one of the last to die of the plague. In any case, she's a little rude and doesn't speak when it can be avoided. Before this, however, she had actually been bubbly and outgoing, although no one can believe it.

Other Info: Aliri cannot fly, although her webbed arms can cetainly help her glide to saftey if needed. Also, she can use echolocation to manage in the dark. The bat she has conjoined with, whom she had dubbed nothing but 'Bat,' has found a welcoming perch on her shoulder, for it has surprisingly not died. An odd side effect was her new appetite: she eats only fruits... and insects.

Shira tugged at the head-piece the scientists had put on her head. Another check-up to see if her body was functioning properly.

" Stop that." Merin said, taking Shira's hands and placing them by her sides.

" I can't help it. It irritates me......" Shira said irritably.

" Wait until were done with the diagnostics before you start complaining." Merin said, an amused twinkle in her eyes.

Shira heard beeps and whirs in her ears as the machinery was started up. A display screen showed the areas the machines were checking at the moment and the numbers for the results. None too soon the process was over and Shira gratefully stood, swishing her wolf tail around.

" Great, now I can go?" Shira said smiling her most innocent smile at Merin.

Merin couldn't help grin back. " Yes, but Delnin has orders that you're not to go any farther than the wall."

Shira grumbled. " You always say that, and yet I find a way to get away from the guards that follow me and make it into the village."

Merin shook her head, a bit exasperated. " I know, but he still tries."

" Than maybe he shouldn't try." Shira said, skipping out of the room, the picture of an innocent girl who is actually more than capable of bringing anyone down in a second.

" That girl....." Merin shook her head.

Looking around, The assassin quickly switched from one building to another. 'Just like we planned out, use shadows and if found appear to be playing Hide and seek before kill.' She thought to herself, back flipping away from a possible discovery of her person. 'Careful now....Thats it, now up on the building.' She stuck a few knifes and in shadow of the building and, using them to jump on, went to the top of the building, then using her l33t skills(Sorry, had to do that atleast ONCE) she jumped from roof to roof until she got to the wall 'this might be a tad difficult.' she thought to herself, rubbing her chin and hiding as best as possible on the roof she was on.

Chikako woke, disoriented.
She could strangley hear everything around her, and it kinda scared her.
Something warm and fluffy was lying upon her leg, and she willed herslef to move it. She slowly raised herself onto her elbows and saw the mirror at once.
She nearly screamed.

So, they'd succeed.
They joined her with the Fox spirit.
She had to escape.

Chikako fought against the scientists as they wrestled her back into her....pen.
"Calm down now, Chikako!"
She glared up at them,
"You can't treat me like an animal!"
The man pulled on one of her large Fox ears, "I beg to differ,"
Chikako sniffed and curled up into a ball, her two tails curling around her.
She began to cry.


(Hey, Anko, while you busy sneeking about....could you possibly break me out? Even if it's an accident? ^^)

Landing on the ground on the other side of the wall, she rolled and put herself flush against a wall to avoid being caught by a guard, before throwing a ninja star at his neck and dragging him over. She took all his armor off of him and everything else before rolling him under a building. "Pity, he was cute." she said, Putting the armor on and taking the card he had on with her.

She walked past everyone with the armor on and almost laughed out loud. 'too easy' she thought, going over to a door and opening it before walking in and jumping into a dark corner to shed the guards armor. She looked at the door across from the one she just entered and and heard some muffled words. "you.....treat....like.....animal!" "I.....differ....." She popped open the door and hid right beside it so they wouldn't see her and she waited for them to come look

Chikako heard a muffled scream and a ccrick!
She looked up, sniffing hard, her golden eyes searching for the source of the odd sound. Her tear stained hospital gown didn't cover much, so she shivered as she moved the edge of the metal, barred cage.
"H-Hello? Is anyone there?"
Chikako's heartbeat sped up and she gripped the bars of the cage hard. Another girl appeared before her, looking down on her with interested, yet slightly shocked and suspicous eyes.
Chikako's ears tipped back and her two tails twitched in unison,
"Who are you?"

Nasuki sighed and crossed her arms, coming from the doorway and over to the girl. "They did it again. Might as well." She said to herself, looking around before picking the lock and busting it open. "My name is Nasuki. How good are you at stealth?" She asked. Pulling her out of the cage and pulling her to the door before it closed. "Nevermind, just put this armor on and use your tails to fill out the legs, I'll do the stealth part." She told the fox girl, handing her the armor and keycard to open the door. "Know anywhere I could hide the scientist I just killed? I don't want them to be on alert of my presence." she said, Looking down to the girl she just dragged out.

Chikako was stunned at the girls actions, and she spluttered over her reply,
"I, well I-"
She stopped to catch her breath, putting the armor down,
"Hmph. You can hide the dead guy in the locked room to your left, no one ever goes in there, and you can open it with the card,"
She handed the card back and said, in a lower tone,
"Yes. I am stealthy, and I know this place like the back of my hand. I could guide you through whatever you're doing...in a thanks for getting me out of here..."

Smirking, She opened the door and threw the guy in before closing it. "Then could you lead me to the head scientist here? I have been ordered to kill him. Thought no doubt these guys will then hire me for protection from, well, myself." She said, standing the armor to make it look like a guard is standing there. "After that I'll help you escape, and since you know this place like the back of your hand, I'll race you too the wall." She said, looking around to make sure no one was coming.

Shira wandered through town, wagging he wolf tail with some enthusiasm. The villagers stared after and she briskly made it to the end of the market place, to a smiling vendor.

" Hey, Ishiro!" Shira waved at him happily.

The wide-eyed and pale haired boy waved back and finished serving his cusstomer before turning to Shira. " Hey, Shira, do you need more ointment for those sores on your back?"

Shira absentmindedly rubbed her shoulders. " Thanks for not telling Delnin about the sores again."

He laughed and mussed up her hair. " Its nothing. I'm smarter than they are, thats all."

Shira giggled and waved at him as she walked away. " I have to take care of some things, I'll see you later!"

Ishiro waved back and smiled. " Sure."

Chikako gave a nod and looked around quickly. She motioned for her to follow,
"We...experiments have our ways of getting around. We've even carved secret hallways that lead all the way throughout the building. I'll lead to the right hall and then you have a straight shot to the head scientists room,"

Kio-

I was wondering on top of the building, I was suppose to be learning about something and something, but i had forgotten so I didn't really care. I peeked out from on-top of a building looking around. I saw a pond with a road around it, it looked so pretty, it was cherry blossom season you know. I grabbed a cap from out of my bag and put it on, it hid my ears, I didn't like it when people stared, though I usually lost the, anyways, if I lost this one or it got stolen, I think I was goona give up on it. I ran around the top of the building till I found Neko, and we crawled down the side of the building, then I ran out into the street, not wanting to be noticed and went to the pond... It really was so pretty

She looked around to make sure no one was coming before looking back at her. "Alright. Lead the way, just let me know if I should be aware of anything." She said, Turning on the slight stealth mode on her suit, making her blend but not completely disappear, she had to move slowly though or the suit wouldn't catch up with what she was blending in.

Chikako led her down a series of tunnels until they came to a grate. She pointed,
"That door leads to the room. There's a line of security lasers there and there,"
she traced them with her fingers.
"The key pads' number is 0434. There will be two guards on the inside, and the scientist lab is, ironically, behind the bookcase. Pull the Green Book that says,
"Physics and phycology," on it and it'll open. On the other side, there will be two cameras to your right, and three to your left. There will be a series of lasers in a pentagram pattern on the floor before you. There will be another door to your left, take it and you have a straight shot,"

"They must love their lives." She said, Opening the door and blowing a powder across the room before putting on goggles. "Hmm, I'll be back in 5 minutes." She said, jumping over a few beams and jumping in between before rolling under the rest. She turned and smiled before the door closed, then turned and opened the door with the number before she stopped moving completely. "What? How did the door open by itself?" "Go check it the idiot!" The two said, she moved and hid behind a desk before the got there. She waited until they got back before throwing a 4 point star into their jugular and let them die before moving their bodies to the far ends of the room, away from the bookcase. She walked back and pulled the book before going in and standing still. She watched the cameras move and when they were all away from her she threw more stars to make them stay still, then she put mirrors in front of the beams before going slowly over to the last door, the camera's started back towards where she entered, She had taken the mirrors back before she got to the door.

"Simple" She mouthed to herself. She entered and expected to find a lab, she found a long hall with no cameras, so she took stealth off. "Hmm?" 3 beams popped out infront of her before she moved through them at the right time, she did the twice. "She never told me about this hall." She said, getting to the other end before all the bases of the beams beat her too it, She backed up and back flipped out of the way when the started up and flipped and landed on her belly after they went to the beginning of the hall. She got up and ran to the door, she pressed the button and looked behind her, they were coming fast at her, she backed up a bit and ran up the door and over them before they crackled out and the door opened, she walked in and was on an upper deck. She put the stealth back on and took out 8 stars, she threw them before throwing 8 more and running all the way back and avoiding everything and the camera's were off because one of the stars she threw hit the computer keeping them on, and opened the door back to the girl. "Ok, when I said race, I ment it, we have around 5 minutes before they notice whats going on, if we can get close to the wall before then, we'll be fine." She said, peeling off some things and stuffing them in the bag on her hip.

Chikako blinked,
"Notice we're here? Everyone around here but the head scientist is as dumb as a brick. You obviously didn't spike any security, so unless someone walks in and sees the dead guards we have plenty of time."
She paused, "You killed the only one who's going to notice I'm missing,"
Chikako sniffed and bounded over the the computer, her fingers working over the keys of the board, "I'll unlock all the doors so if we have to take the long way out there'll be less obstacles."
The computer bleeped quietly and gave her access, then turned off all security systems. Then Chikako opened up a 3D blueprint for the building,
"Here you are. This should tell you everything,"
She pushed a few more buttons, showing guard positions, lasers, doors, and more things nessecary. She looked back to Nasuki, pointing to a specific room,
"That's the room your looking for. It's directly above this one,"

Looking at the computer, She shoved a disk in and downloaded it. "So, whats in the room above this one?" She asked, Moving the blueprint around and pressing a few buttons to show whats in that room now, so she could come through the floor.

Chikako lifted an eyebrow,
"The lead Scientists' room. That's where you're going isn't it?"
She adjusted her gown and her ears tweaked back,
"Anyways, I'll be waiting for your return,"

Nasuki looked at the ceiling and pointed a gun like thing at it before shooting the hook and having it grab on "Be back in a few, Go to the wall and meet me there. Its time to make my big enterence" She said, then she flew towards the ceiling, stopping when she swung and popped onto it ((Like a cartoon using Toilet plungers, but she's using magnets)) before pulling out a laser and making a hole in the Ceiling/floor, before getting up through it and flipping into it, getting into stance and looking around

Chikako waved her off and then ran from the room.
Wait at the wall.
She'd wait alright.

A guard was confused as he watched her pass,
"H-Hey, you-"
She spun around,
"Yes?"
He looked her up and down,
"What're you doing ou-"
There was a loud crick as Chikako wrung his neck, and she kept going.
"Sorry! See you in Hell for that!"
She stopped at her destination to wait.

Name: Alyssa (friends know her as Resa or 'Lyssa)

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Spirit Conjoined With: None

Appearance: Take one look: What do you see? Silky brown curls that crease behind both her ears, a small nose, and the violet eyes. Look again: See the determination in the set of her colorless mouth, the fire in the back of the violets. The nose looks almost out of place, among her emotions. She expresses everything without speaking, which, unfortunately, is necessary... She wears white corduroy pants, and a thigh-length brown jacket with very deep pockets. In them she hides a notebook, several pencils, a stick of charcoal, a small, light hand-held computer, and a very sharp knife.

Personality: Withdrawn, she tends to spend her time alone, on rooftops or trees. She likes high places, where she can see everything and nothing comes unexpectedly. You'd be hard pressed to make her say anything, because she cannot speak. She is usually calm and collected, and has this strange ability to disappear in plain sight. Most people overlook her and forget she's there, so most of the time she can work as a spy. Other times she can simply hack into the network from the courtyard and pull up an animation whenever a guard walks by. She's awesome like that.

Other Info: She has been trained by the very best to hack, track, and kick hats. Sorta.
