Chapter 1:Where it all began



It was just a normal day at the Taijiya residence.Sango was out back in her giant and beautiful backyard swimming with her little brother Kohaku,her mother was in the kitchen washing dishes ,and her father was at work."Bbbbrrrriiinnngggg!" went there phone."Hello?"asked her mother as she rushed to the phone."Hi!"replied the person on the other end"May I speak to Sango?"said Kagome."Just a moment."

"Sango!!!"called her mother as she walked out the backdoor"Phone!!!"A moment later Sango came rushing up next to her dripping wet."I bet I know who it is."she thought as she grabbed the phone."Hello!?"said Sango,already assured who it was."Hey Sango,I was wondering if you could spend the night tonight?"asked Kagome hopefully."Hold on.""Mom!!!!Can I spend the night at Kagome's?"called Sango politly."I guess...."said her mother"Yes!she said yes.When can I go over?"asked Sango impatiently"As soon as you can."Kagome said."Ok,let me get my stuff together and i'll be right over,bye!"said Sango."WAIT!"Kagome yelled before Sano hung up the phone"there's a surprise for you at my house tonight!"exclaimed Kagome,and hung up.

A Couple of minutes later.

DING DONG!Rang the door bell of the Higarashi residence."Coming!"called Kagome rushing to the door of her grandmothers house.Click,went the lock of the door as it opened to an apparently out of breath Kagome."Sango!"she screamed as Sango waved to her mother.Once her mother was off in there car Sango stepped into the house of her "grandma" as she called her,into the front room of the house,where they normally hang out.

Once they were comfortably situated on the bed they turned back to the game Kagome was playing."Heyah!"yelled Sora,as they played the ever so popular game Kingdom Hearts."So.....whats new?"asked Kagome through clenched teeth as she started getting frusterated with the game."Well considering we just talked yeserday...nothing."replied Sango giggling at the faces Kagome was making.

An hour later.

"Girls!DINNER'S READY!"called her grandma."Uf"grunted Sango as she sat up from the comfortable postion she was in.When they had gotten up off the bed they went into the dinningroom to eat."Tonight were having chicken strips,mashed potatoes,corn,broccoli,an
d gravy."said her grandmother gestering at the food before them.


"Mmmmmmmmmh,this is very good!"exclaimed Sango happily as she speared another piece of broccoli with her fork."Yes it is delicous Grandma,thank you!"said Kagome,with her mouth half full of food.Once they finished dinner the girls put there plates in the sink and went back to the front room."Soooooo......"said Kagome trying to think of something."So,what is this surprise you have for me?!"asked Sango exitedly."Im not going to tell you.You have to wait and see for yourself!"said Kagome teasingly.


"GIRLS!!!"called Ms.Higarashi"it's time to be heading home!"Once they heard that, Sango helped Kagome gather all of her belongings and they headed out the door.


Once they were out the door and headed twords the truck,Kagome whispered something in her mom's ear."Well I guess......"said her mom "but im going to take you two home first".said Ms.Higarashi.As soon as she heard that Sango started to bug Kagome."What did you ask your mom?...."asked Sango."You'll see..."replied Kagome with a smug look on her face.

A maroon truck pulled up at the Higarashi residence."Tell me....."said a very annoyed Sango as Kagome opened the door.Sango had been pleading her all the way over there to tell her,but Kagome just would not crack.

Later That Evening

"When's the surprise gonna get here?.."whinned Sango."My mom said she was on her way home with it."replied a very irritated Kagome.BANG!Went the doors of the truck as many people jumped out it."Ok,Sango,close your eyes.The surprise is here."So Sango closed her eyes tightly so she did not peek.Once everybody was inside and settled Kagome told Sango she could open her eyes."What the heck!"exclaimed Sango as she pryed open her eyes.In front of her was a big group of nine strange people."Well guys inntroduce yourselves."said Kagome cheerfully.

"Helllo,my name is Zane Truesdale","My name is Alexis Rhodes!","Hi,im Syrus Truesdale!","My name is Aster Phoenix,it's a pleasure to meet you",Bastion Misawa","Sup?Names Chazz,Chazz Princeton","Ola!im Jaden Yuki","Hello,im Tyranno Hassleberry"."And last,but not least..."announced Kagome.Suddenly a very hyper looking teenager jumped up from behind Kagome."HI!"sreamed the boy"Im Atticus Rhodes!!!!"he said practicly bouncing off the walls.

Once everyone introduced themselves,they all headed twords Kagomes room.Sango lagged behind so she could think about what just happened.She was the last one in,closing the door behind her.
