Highlight for my opinion, cuz it's kind of a spoiler:
Kira dies so pathetically at the end of the series, so I can't give him my vote. Also, his actions during the Lind L. Taylor test prove that he was not killing criminals for justice. He was killing criminals for the reputation of God. The "perfect world" he imagined was going to be his, and that was his only train of thought. Another issue was when he asked for Ryuuku to kill Near and everyone on the investigation team. That was just too despicable for someone who would want to bring some good to the world.
