Afther the opening of the interdimensional portal the world was first under the atack of the Xen led by the former combine slave Nihilant. Nihilant was killed by a rouge scientist that learned throu his adventurous yourny Throu Black Messa excenlent combat skills.
This has given the combine a chance to conquer the humans whitout any other interruptios. Godron Freeman was recalled by the G-man. He managed to ovewthrou the local servant of the combine Mr.doc.Breen former head of Black Messa. By this the cytadell in city17 was blow in to bits. The combine wantid to open a super portal to call reinforces from theyr homeworld. This portal was with luck destroyed.
And now there is just one more thing left to do . Destroy the rest od the combine armies including the pure combine(advisors).
The advisors have highly evolved psyonical, telepacical and Telkinetical abilities.
Note:The Vyrtigaunts have been liberazed by Freeman from the slavery of nihilant
they are the allies ofthe humans in the fight against the combine
