I'm glad you included Negima in this, but you can't just leave out Negi and/or the Thousand Master. The two of them could go toe-to-toe with Goku and Vegeta, even when they're at Super Saiyan.

I will put him down on the list. I'm currently going to pick 8 more anime characters and I will begin the post.
