I made Velvet Sky as an RPG (and maybe later will make into a novel) because I wanted to see what we could do with our own imaginations if we were to remake Twilight, the novel by Stephanie Meyer. I love this novel ^^

Plot:

Bella Swan, a seventeen year old girl went to live at a town called 'Forks'-a dark sky almost always filled with clouds- with her father. Her father is a policeman, often leaving her home alone letting her do whatever she wants, but Bella doesn't do bad things. Once Bella arrives at her new school, things start to really change. She meets new friends automatically, but it feels odd around her lab partner in Science... Edward Cullen.
After all the rping, a made-up character named Dave Splenix, appears. He really has an addiction to females and tends to kill them after he's done whatever he's doing. It's up to you guys to make a long story of your own.

Known Specific Facts:

Edward Cullen is a vampire with his whole (generally) vampire family. Though, it be specific, he was 'adopted' by Carlisle and Esme, which made Edward a Cullen. He became a vampire at seventeen (which was a long, long time ago) so he stayed that age. Same with his 'brothers and sisters'; Alice, Jasper, Emmett and Rosalie. Rosalie and Emmett were suppose to be married soon.

What You're Suppose to Do:

First, you guys are suppose to provide a story (rp) on how everyone met-friends, Edward, etc. It's pretty much the same from the actual story but we have different enemies.

I'm confused, are we supposed to create characters and play the main characters, also?

If so, may I be Jasper? And maybe Edward if we can be two main characters?

Carlisle: Jostanos-sama Portrays me in the "Scarlet Rose" Twilight RPG. I think it would be fitting that he potrays me here too. ^^

Can I be bella?

Hanyoukai: You have to pick only one. The other main characters, who are not picked, you could control them JUST A LITTLE yourself.

Jose: Yeah. I saw.

Winged: Yeah.

Can I be Edward and Alice?

I am currently reading Twlight. I know, I'm behind but I don't have the book so my friend is letting me borrow her's.

Oh. I see, I'll be Jasper then. But, if everyone only plays one person, then we definately won't have enough people to play the characters. [Look at Scarlet Roses]

And, are we supposed to make up other people as well?

Um...well I just finished Twilight so I know alot more about all the characters so I guess Edward and Lauren.

I'm not sure I actually get that :/ Are we supposed to create new characters as well?

And there isn't a lot of people who signed up to play the main characters, not everyone one has been picked. I think we should get another 'main' character, too.

In the book, only Bella, Edward, Alice, and Jacob are the real main characters, you know. That leaves two main characters that no one is controlling.

So Jostanos and I don't have real 'main characters.' And maybe even you because you're playing Rosalie, but I'm assuming you will be playing the villian of the story, which would be a main character to the RPG.

I'm sorry if I sound kinda edgey to you, I just don't understand some of the plot.

It's alright.

1. You don't make any new characters. This plot is the perfect target for god-modding.

2. The rest of the main characters are automatic. Everybody could control them until, further do, one other person claims that character. The reason why I only allow 1-2 characters because, of course, most people pick the most dedicated and luminous. (Example: I want to be Edward AND Bella ^^ Oh, and Alice.). It's irritating.

3. And yes, I am playing the villian. Because I'm pretty much the only one who knows how he acts.

Start:

Rosalie ~

"Edward, Jasper, Emmett, Alice, we have to leave," I smoothly whispered, with a hint of frustration. I knew my family could hear me with their inhuman ears, so why bother calling out like a maniac? Being late wasn't the reason why I was frustrated. In fact, it's out of the question. It's because there is this stalker; Dave Splenix. If I hurry just fast enough, I wouldn't experience him walking over to my house every morning to start yet another conversation-and then ask me out. Even on a daily bases.
"Why don't you just let him take you out?" Alice chuckled, softly. As soft as she tries to be, it always turns out to be a cute tone with edges.
"I have dignity, don't I?" I grumbled. Everyone laughed, as we all got in the car. Edward drove. As fast as we all are, Edward is the fastest, therefore driving more swift.
Besides, I can't date Dave, I'm married. To Emmett. That would be cheating on him, wouldn't it? Although, I have to keep it cool and secret. Well, it's quite obvious; we are all pretending to be in high school for about the hundredth time almost all around the world. And then again, we have to arrange a fake-marriage all around. After all, we can only stay for two years each state or country; since we look around sixteen or seventeen.

-Jasper-
I put my arm around Alice, who was playing with my hair. One moment my hair was in front of my eyes, the next it was pulled back, nearly in a braid. This continued for a while before she got bored. I shook my head and my hair fell back into place.

"Aww, you're no fun, Jazzy," she whispered, pouting that I ruined her 'masterpiece.' She leaned her head into my shoulder. I chuckled. "It isn't that funny, is it?" Giggles were evident in her voice.

"Edward, Jasper, Emmett, Alice, we have to leave." Rosalie and Alice began to speak with each other, so I leaned to Emmett.

And kicked him.

"What was that for?" I shrugged, and he kicked me back.

We kept kicking each other until Edward snapped at us.

Emmett and I muttered our sorry's, while Alice threw her arms around my shoulders. "You're so cute when you apologize!" She squealed. I patted her head, and kissed her neck.

Edward~

I rolled my eyes as they were fooling around as I tried to get past an idiot on the highway, but there was no way thru.
"I'm trying to drive here! Shut up." I growled thru my teeth at them.
As they said their sorry's, I finally got past the idiot and increased my speed to 80 mph.

As we arrived at the school parking lot, I found my usual parking space and zipped in and shut the car off and got out without a word to none of them.

Rosalie ~

Why isn't Alice and Jasper as calm as Edward, Emmett and I? ... Well, Emmett seems to be laughing along, loudly. So it only goes down to me and Edward. I rolled my eyes. I don't know why but I feel more tempered than usual.
I looked out the window to see a velvet sky. Not too depressing, but not that cheery either. It's more of a smooth-like day, where we are suppose to be calm. As I thought that, emphasizing, I darted my eyes at the back, watching the childish 'teenagers' fooling around. I was at the front seat with Edward.
"You guys. We are more than a hundred years old. Get a grip," I snapped, more harsher than I intended. But my face still stood out.
"Hey, Rosalie," Emmett lowly said. I looked towards, him, finding him staring with intense eyes.
"Yes?"
"Your eyes turned black." He simply said. As it turns out, it wasn't intensity, he was just eyeing my pupils. "No wonder you're a bit moody."
I looked down, seemingly ashamed of nothing. "Sorry," I slowly said, and my gaze turned back to the front.
Just in time, we arrived. Usually, it would've taken any of us twenty more seconds. I sighed and got out.
Then, I spotted Dave staring at me with a smirk-like grin. Oh my god. Why don't he just get a life?

Edward~

I leaned up against the side of the car as the others got out. I told them to go on ahead that I would be in a few seconds. I as soon as they were gone I slowly walked in, slowly for me anyway. I went to my first class, History. Ugh what a drag. Time went so slow in that class. If I could sleep, I would most definetly.

((Note: Edward hasn't discovered Bella yet. Remember: It's a remake of Twilight, only with sort-of a different plot.))

As Edward stayed behind, Alice and I began to walk around to nowhere in particular.

You know how you feel when you're standing next to someone you know isn't as smart as you? Change the 'as smart as you' and insert 'as beautiful as you'. No matter who they are. It actaully gets rather annoying, honestly. Someone always stops and whispers to their friend, 'look at that person, it's impossible to tell how much money they spent to get that face.' If only they knew the truth; they'd never even think that without fearing for their short, simple lives. It was quite tempting.

I sighed. Alice squeezed my hand and smiled. Sometimes I wonder if she could read my feelings. I grinned at my personal little empath.

I let my eyes wander to the passerbys. It was funny how everyone had their own cliques. Goths, preps, jocks, weirdos... The list goes on forever. The loners are really the only ones who worried me. If someone pulls out a guns and shoots someone... 1. I'd go crazy and be exposed and 2. If they shoot one of us, we'd all be exposed. And the Voltouri probably wouldn't be too happy.

I caught a glimpse of the Dave guy Rosalie keeps complaining about. I don't blame her, he gives off this weird vibe. I'll have to tell everyone this in a more private area later, right now a few people were struggling to get to class.

Alice ~

I was walking with Jasper, cheery as usual. I looked once at him before something was caught in my head.. I stopped not more than half a second for this vision... A shadowy black figure in a look-a-like apartment room, grinning with brilliant white teeth... Like ours. Should it be a danger to us? No one was there except for that black figure, that seems to be a gender of a man. I wonder... Hey, am I taking someone home?
I didn't bother to tell anyone because it is no threat.

Rosalie ~

"Hey, Rosalie!" Dave called. His face was happy, which is originally not him towards other people. His actual characteristics is that Dave is pretty much a bold and mature man, but in front of me... Ugh, he's like Alice. "I didn't see you this morning."
"Yeah, well. My family forced me to hurry," I lied, casually. It was actually I who hurried them. "Bye." And I gracefully slided around him. Surprisingly, he caught up. And, to my knowledge, he is pretty attractive on the outside, but I'm still not interested... And I will never be.

Dave ~

God, her... beauty is staggering, and I love it when she plays hard to get. And her scent it absolutely delicious. Once I'm done with my dramatic fun, I'll get my way, whether she likes it or not. Of course, I know she is a vampire like myself, but she hasn't brought up any actual special powers.
Therefore, it is my advantage; my special power is manipulating people's minds to see my point of view, so they could side on with my (but, that is just one reason).
"I'll see you in English," I grinned. Rosalie held a glare at me for two seconds then walked faster, leaving me alone.
I'll have Rosalie. I'll have her.

-Jasper-
Ugh. I shuddered, feeling terrible all of a sudden, something was definately wrong. My eyes searched around my class, wildly. The math teacher was sitting at his desk, frantically typing something, and several people were taking advantage of this by throwing eraser bits at each other. A few notes were being passed around, while light whispering voiced around the room. Everything seemed normal.

I pouted. Maybe I'm just being paranoid.

Rosalie ~

In English, class I heard everyone whispering about this girl coming to Forks-and she is the Chief Policeman's daughter; Isabella Swan. I am pretty sure that Isabella had been mentioned in every other classroom. I just sat, arms crossed, creased into a slight frown, trying to listen to the push-over English teacher of ours, who let us do anything we want... What morons... Oh, well.

Dave ~

I heard many conversations, mentioning that this Isabella Swan, the chief's daughter, is hot. I wonder if she smells better than she looks.. I haven't met with her yet and I am surely going to.
Heh.

JESUS!! I didn't know I missed so much! I'M SO SORRY! ~gives everyone $5000 virtual dollars~))

Bella rushed into the office, panting. She had gotten up late and then had to shower before running into the car getting dropped off by her father. She took her Class list and got a late pass. "Please don't be late again, Miss Swan. Your new so I'll give you this one time off." She looked down to her first period and nodded "History, got it." She rushed like there were demons on her trail and got there pretty quickly, slamming the door open and almost falling flat on her face. "I'm Sooooo Sorry I'm late! I didn't get used to the jet-lag and set my alarm wrong." She bowed and turned to the students after walking over to the teachers desk. "Class, This is Isabella Swan. Please say hello Isabella." She looked over the students and waved.

She's very accident prone. She's basically kinda shy at first but when she eventually meets Edward {me!}, she comes out more.

Edward~

I was just sitting there, in second hour. Bored as hell. Barely paying attention, seeing as I've done this crap several times but no one could know that. It would reveil my "family's" secret.

That one guy Rosalie always talks about, the stalker she say, Dave is in my second hour. He sits across from me and always bugs me about her. She's right is annoying.
"Shh Dave. I'm trying to listen." I gritted thru my teeth. But I wasn't really listening. Heaven forbid the day I actually listen in Mr. Coppect's Trig class.

((Winged: I actually thought you did pretty well, but Bella doesn't think about being chased by demons. She's just a normal teen who fell in love with a vampire. If that could be counted as normal...))

Alice poked my back with a pencil. "Hey." She sounded excited.

I turned around; the teacher could care less while he was grading papers. "Hmm?"

She grinned. "There's a new student, female, average looking, but will none the less get all the attention for a while. She is in our next class, I think."

I nodded grimly. Last time there was a new student, I had to stay out of school for a week trying to get used to the new blood. I hate being the 'weakest'.

Alice must have seen through my distress. "I prmise you that you'll be fine," she said, cuffing me on the head, playfully.

"I believe you."

She had gotten over her Lateness courage and had gotten shy again. She gotten through history and was currently in second hour art, she was paying attention quietly and writing down a few notes, which were actually doodles, and she wasn't actually paying attention. She stopped and looked up, watching the teacher nod off before waking up again and start talking. 'I can't wait for science, its my favorite class. I hope I'm not too far behind though, I might not be able to ask someone.'

((Hold on, hold ON. Stop the rp for a moment.))

((Winged: Why in the hell would you be in this rpg and actually play if you don't even know the character? GOD. This frustrates me. Okay, I'll just go on and go to this Avatar rpg [even though I don't even know what it is] and play the main part... Even though so many people want that part and me, I just don't give a damn...))

((Omg. Sorry peoples but this is how annoyed I am. Winged, if you haven't read the story then you can't be in it, unless you HAVE read the story. And probably the spot will be taken already.))

((Wow. That was kinda harsh. Sammy, let Winged try. I actually think she's going a rather good job for not knowing much about the plot; she's pretty much in character. And we told her a little bit about Bella. Apart from the being chased by demons bit, she's fine. Let her try for a bit more. Please? Kicking someone out because they don't know much about the plot doesn't seem like a good reason to be that rash.
