Evangalion is one of my favorite giant robot animes second to Gundam which is number 1 in my book.

I'm not very fond of Mecha-animes, but NGE is an exception.
I just love the psychological and confusing-stuff.
If you miss even one episode, you have no clue what is happening.
Personally, I like "The End of Evangelion".
A lot.
A lot lot lot lot LOOOT. :3

well the last two episodes were pretty weird and all, but they are not the actual last episodes. they are just made up of random parts from all the other episodes all put into one. the real last two episodes of Evangalion are movies which are the true and real last episodes of Evangalion.

Evangelion has many possible endings.
But every ending is based on one fact.
The decisions that Shinji made and what he thought was true.
Every decision had a different ending.
In the anime, the other characters told Shinji that "truth is what you want it to be." (Or something in that direction.)
So yeah, if Shinji would've wanted a happy life, then it would've been that.
If he wanted to be the last two persons with Asuka, in order to create a new mankind, then it would've been so.
I'm not very good at explaining things, but I know the basic idea of NGE.
First I thought that the main idea was to kill all the Angels and then there would be some incredible plot twist that Evangelions would kill everyone or something like that. But when I saw the last episode, I was like: ".....WOOOO. THAT'S ONE OF THE HAPPIEST ENDINGS EVER."

Yeah i thought the same way and i figured that was how it had really ended and i felt the same about it. until a guy i know told me otherwise about them not being the real thing and about the movies being the real thing.

Well, everyone has their own thoughts about it, so I can't really blame the guy that told you so.

Yeah i guess your right, but that was what i was told and i never really seen these two movies that he spoke of and i know they exist. i would like to see them and then compare them to the tv series and see the difference between them. but i thought that the tv series ones were pretty good as well.

I haven't found the "Death & Rebirth"-movie yet, but you can find "The End of Evangelion" on YouTube.
CLICKThere you go.
I wish I would've found the Japanese version, but oh well.

Thanks for the source of the movie, and if you find a site for the other one make sure to let me know about it, and thank you very much.
