When the hell did they make an Elfen Lied english dub? What channel was it on?

I don't think they ever put it on TV.
They released DVDs in America and Canada; but I don't believe that they put it on TV.

A dulled down version was put on television in England

I heard about that one; but I don't think they aired it in Canada or America.
The one aired in England, from what I heard, took out a lot of scenes. And even if they did air it in C/A; I doubt it is on anymore. Remember people: Elfen Lied aired in Japan back in 2000-03.
Anyways, I doubt that they aired it in America or Canada. They do sell DVDs and all; which I may get soon at the price of $60. Which is pretty cheap in compaison to other anime box sets.
