The pain of gas going up has just gotten somewhat less for me. Why? Look at this article:
Reverse Globalization
This article is basically saying that the sky-high cost of oil is already starting to make outsourcing less and less profitable. Basically, the cost of having something shipped from China to the U.S. is starting to really offset the cheap labor available. This is GOOD news for me, as this means now hopefully we're going to see a trend of manufacturing plants in both the United States and Canada restarting! YES!!
I'm hoping this translates soon into more work for IOI to help pull it out of this glut its in where work is irregular except where I work, in the medical room, meanwhile the need to increase production will come to the medical room to where we have to expand it! Give me your thoughts on these things.
