I have mixed feelings about this. It is good that rapists are not given the easy way out and killed humanely; but I think they need a much harsher punishment. Mostly because they're given easier treatment then other inmates are. As in, they're usually seperated from other inmates so that they don't get attacked.

Your thoughts?

I guess it's a good thing that they won't be executed. But I still think that they should be severely punished. And it is messed up that they get special treatment. That's stupid. They should be put in jail with other inmates and if they get attacked, then oh well.

I think the best punishment for them would be castration.

As inhumane it sounds; it is possibly a harsher punishment then execution.

Think I'm agreeing with you Saku. They are already letting child sex offenders have it done if the offender thinks its the only way they'll be able to control their urges.

In prison, all your actions pretty much come back to haunt you and all that.

If you're dead, nothing really effects you anymore. Not that you'd care if they did, being dead.

So, if you get thrown in jail for simply raping a child, why not kill the child as well and just die?

It's stupid, and it endangers the lives of the children they rape.

I don't care what happens to them as long as they're gone. I don't want them to be able to come back and hurt people again. I don't want them to get that opportunity. Life in prison or death. I don't care which they get as long as they can't get out it.

Though some may think that death is the easy way out, it's a sure-fire method of keeping them from raping again. That's all I want.

Not only that but it steals the child's innocence and crushes their spirit. It takes away their childhood.

That's why I hate pedophiles so much and I wish that there was some final solution to get rid of them all.

Now, as for the rapists, they deserve life in a regular prison, with the murders. Wanna know why? Because MOST, note the most!, Murders, despite the fact that they have killed, find Child Molesters to be the most sickening beings, and in turn, the murders, or who-ever does to the Molester what they did to a child. Though, two wrongs don't make a right, it may cause the molester to finally see what was wrong with him. BUT, Molesters will have to deal with it for the rest of his life, where as the child only endures it once, and that is more than enough for the child. The molester deserves it.

Well, it depends on how much is cut off.

I had done some disturbing research for school about that and I learned that if you cut more then half then yes, the man will die from not only blood loss but also internal bleeding as well. But if its just the tip, they might die from it; but chances of that are 50/50.

Chemical castration unfortunately, is only in effect for a short time; so sexual urges will still happen but no erection.

I'm talking more actual neutering Saku. Surgically removing the testicles of the male molesters.

Through testicles being removed, it usually doesn't cause much bleeding. Only time it would kill the guy is if there is no after treatment to help clean out infections.

I want the rapists or molesters to be, in returned, raped or violated against their own will. If they bleed internally from castration, then oh well. Their pain cannot compare to those of their victims.

I disagree with Justice Kennedy; I don't think that the death penalty is excessive. Temporarily destroying a child/person's life is pretty much the same as first-degree murder; the victim is scarred for life.

I am also disappointed in the Judges' decisions.

That man took away his daughter's childhood. He crushed her spirit and took away her soul. He raped her in HER bed where she was once safe.

Seriously, if I were a leader of any type; I'd build a concentration camp for all these sickos to be in. First, I'd castrate them. Then I'd burn them, and make sure that they don't die in the process. Then I'd leave them there to starve and then throw them into prison with other inmates and let Bubba teach them a lesson.

Rapists piss me off because they get to get away with what they did through being seperated from other inmates and by getting all sorts of special treatment. While the victim on the other hand has the trauma for the rest of their lives. Hell, it might lead to suicide; which is no wonder suicide rates are so high.

It has also been proven that pedophiles/rapists never change no matter what.

I don't believe any sexual abusers should be allowed back into society, even if they are "reformed". Its just running too much of a risk...
