Gender: Female
Age: Unknown (Looks to be around 18 years old in human years. Real age is around a few hundred years))
Species: Half Inu-youkai and half Moon creature/youkai.

Description: She has dark blue eyes and silver hair that reaches up to the small of her back. There is a silver/blue crest mark that is a crest like moon on her forehead that symbolizes the royal blood in her family. Her wings can sprout from her back when she wishes for them to be. They are massive and white with gold tips. Not even her mother could tell where she got that. Though only being a half breed in the inu race she carries all the traits except the boa of fluff like Sesshoumaru. Her claws very slender for demon though from her mother.

Personality: When she is around enemies, she manages to remain calm until they get on her nerves. When she is annoyed she threatens to kill.

Loves/likes: When nature surrounds her, likes to swim(ALOT), sword fighting, children and reading scrolls/books/literature. Sesshoumaru just because.

Weapons: She uses a sword, hair fan(because her mom told her to. Its made from her mothers hair anyway and the whip.), and hair whip. She rarely uses the fan for the blades that are made usually destroy more than she intended.

Dislikes/Hates: Kouga because he is obnoxious. Obnoxious people (obviously), enemies(even more obvious), stubborn brats.

Powers/abilities: She controls elements of light and water. The element powers were from her mother. The wings of course help her to fly. She has a pendant hanging around her neck that she inherited from her father. It contains magic to create barriers.

History: Many years ago, she found her sister lying in a pool of blood. Her father and mother died trying to defend Lena, her sister, who was killed anyway by Naraku. ((Actually, her sister, Lena is still alive but she just doesn't know that))
She has befriended Miko Maina and the servant Seika who does not travel with her.

Her god mother was a little nutty and gave her the gift of eternal life. The only problem is everyone around her dies that she loves. So far she has not had to deal with it for her family that lived is or a least her mothers half are well there is no need to say. Her father was a full-blooded inu-youkai. Her mother was a full blooded moon youkai or creature by some standards.

Moon youkai were much like angels in most cases to other demons but they also bared a close likeness to the inu race. No one ever could tell why. . Moon youkai have always been secretive and her mother only taught her to control her powers not what they were. Moon youkai which live pretty much in the clouds or the heaven to some. Soko often would go to visit her grandmother up there.

When her close family first died her grandmother had taken her in. Her grandmother was the one who finally got her to take control of her lands and run them. But during one of her routine visits with her grandmother she found out a little more about her mother. It turned out that her mother had been the ruler of her mother’s race. Her sister who was going to be the Eastern land lord would just have to rule that. Soko on the other hand was to inherited control of her mothers people. Now the mix breed had extra burden on her shoulder. The Eastern Land Lady and now heir to the heavens just had to get used to this life style. Her grandmother had agreed to take care of the Moon youkai till she was ready for the responsibility.

When she was first born her sister was heir to the lands. Her sister was a few hundred years older than her. When Naraku killed her sister ((So she thinks)) it did not go over well. The demoness had attacked Naraku. She left not too much for Inuyasha to finish off. When she had done this she had shown so much spunk and strength that Naraku could not help but want her on his side.

Once she had gotten used to the role of Lady of the Eastern Lands she ran into a few small knots. The Southern land lord thought that because she was a woman she could not run the lands and had went to war with her. He of course backed out in the end because he lost. Soko being generous let him keep his lands. She had left him with a warning that women could do anything they put there mind to.

Relations: Mother=Lady Kamiocu Father=Lord Tarzi Sister=Lena

Mae sat beside the waters edge,staring at the reflection of her.Sighing,she brushed a blue/black strand of hair away from her green eyes.

((I'd like to join. Joining an RP that just started is more fun than one that's still in the middle. I'll be Akina I guess. I haven't actually RPed as Akina, ever. This was my first RP character ever anyway.))

Name: Akina (Ah-kEE-nAh)
Age: Appearance is 16 but real age is unknown
Race: Full Inu Youkai (is related to Sesshoumaru by same parents)
Height/weight: 5 feet and 4 inches/115 pounds((I may estimate wrong))

Appearance: Although she is a youkai she also has a humanoid form. In her humanoid form she is youthful looking and wears a kimono that is Dark blue(made with very fine material) with a sash that is an even darker blue which is lined with silver stitching. She wears a black protective plate over her abdominal area. Unlike Sesshoumaru, Akina does not carry her fur around(I don't know why anymore). Akina has silver hair which is about waist length and between her ears is braided hair with three beads braided into it (crimson, royalblue, and autumn orange). She carries some of the traits that many Inu youkais that are in her family have like the amberish/golden eyes, elvish ears, a rather pale complexion, two stripes on each of her cheeks that range from the colours magenta to dark purple and red markings on her eye lids.

As I've already told you. Akina is a inu youkai and she also has her true form. In the transformed state her eyes turn red, fangs are of enormous size, and her ears are very much flappy. There is fur that is rapped around her body but the color of the fur is a very light bluish color. Her size is very small compared to other inu youkais because she is considered very young for a demon.

Weapons: Akina has control of the elements of ice/water. Her experience with the use of water is very little so she does not know much. Though she has not gotten much experience with her water powers, her ice powers prove to be very lethal. Akina can form an ice spear with her powers and if she wishes to put it away, she would simply have it absorbed back into her body with no effort. With her hand she can shoot Ice shards that move at a very quick speed and act like bullets fired from a gun. She can form barriers of ice which protects her from several attacks. She can also freeze objects very easily with her hands or simply throwing her spear down, freezing the surrounding area. Keep in mind that she can freeze a certain part of the body, paralyzing her victim or freeze a part of her own body if poisoned, the poisoned blood would not circulate in her body. This gives her time to drain the poisoned blood from her body. The ice may stay for a very long period of time or for only the moment that Akina is there.

Last but not least, during her transformed state she uses her claws and fangs.

Powers: Akina has the ability to control a person's body for a certain period of time as long as she can overpower their minds. Her mind and spirit turn into an energy and are forced into the victim's mind as she takes over. There are few ways to escape her grasp when you are being controlled by her. She has quick speed, can fly, and can form an blue orb for quick travel like Sesshoumaru. The elemental power she can use is ice. She uses this power to formulate her ice spear whenever she wishes and to freeze her opponent and their surroundings. After freezing her enemy she can shatter them to pieces. Most of the info about her ice powers are described in the weapons section.

Personality: Usually stays calm in battle and outside of battle but occasionally lands a remark or insult on her enemies. She is a youkai who enjoys a good battle and is down to earth. She does not obey or listen to anyone who tells her what to do EXCEPT Sesshoumaru or others whom she cares for. She has great respect for her father and does not like to mention her mother. Akina admires Kagura and her spirit. Like Sesshoumaru, she thinks of half breeds like Inuyasha as an inferiority. She strikes down enemies who stand in her way but does not attack people with no reason at all.

Likes: A good fight with a worthy foe, stargazing, singing tunes, drawing sketches of her surroundings, dancing in the rain, watching the sunset, being free to go wherever she wants, and watching the sky turn to a dark purple or blue.

Dislikes: Inuyasha, arrogant, pompous fools, people who stand in her way, cowards, and violence that was unecessary..

Quick Background: She was born in the family of two brothers, a mother and father, and herself. Sesshoumaru was her brother who she felt very close to, Inuyasha was the half breed in the family whom she dispises, her mother was the one who she loved dearly but had disappeared without telling her, and her father protected them until he died to Ryoukoutsei.

Akina did not have much of a great childhood and she did not always have the powers she has now. When she was young, she usually just relied Sesshoumaru and her father for company but since Sesshoumaru was often off somewhere with her father, she was lonely.

As she grew up she learned to defend herself from those who went against her and the family. When the time came Akina had also became a part of the conflict with the panther demon tribe and fought bravely but suddenly disappeared in the middle of it.

Her brother had thought that she was struck down and eventually forgot about her. But Akina was not gone she had actually been injured very badly from a fight with one of the panther siblings and became conscious in the middle of a forest. She had been found by another youkai who happened to be by and took care of her while her injuries were healed. His eyes were cold and he rarely spoke but as soon as she was healed up and was able to talk, she questioned who he was. The youkai was heading over to join his family whom were also in a great battle against another group. This youkai had offered to train Akina and teach her his fighting techniques. Akina had became very loyal and trusted him. But one day this youkai had betrayed her and attempted to control and use her powers for his own benefit but she had found a way to escape him and that had awakened her ability to control a person's body.

Eventually Akina had found out that Naraku was the one who attempted to rob her of her powers and killed the young youkai whom was so kind to help her. The family of the young youkai named, Mukou who was actually the leader of the family he was going over to help had been tricked. They were told that Akina had "killed"� Mukou. The family had once tried to hunt her down to avenge Mukou but Akina managed to escape with her life and is now after Naraku for the devious tricks he had played on all of them. Occasionally Akina makes visit to her brother, Sesshoumaru, seeing if he was not in danger. The choice was hers whether she would slay the entire family and end it or risk her life trying to convince them that she was not a murderous demon. Since she would not choose she is still running away from that very family whom were tricked... She despises Inuyasha because she believes that he was a coward and ran away from battle during the war with the Panther demon tribe.

Akina looked about the woods and sighed, 'Nothing here.'. She was wearing her midnight blue kimono with a greyish sash tied around her waist. Her mind wandered. 'That Naraku, I won't forgive him.'

Akina continued pushing aside bushes until she came to a ledge, almost falling off she stops and notices there's someone there. She decides to watch want happens next.

Soko sat by a river dabbleing her feet. She sighed splashing the water. She froze and made pictures in the water of her family. She thought about their deaths gripping the dirt arounf her.

Mae closed her eyes and hide her head,thinking of her family.
'One of these days Naraku...'She thought hatefully. 'I will kill you and get revenge on what you did.' Salty tears fell down her face,comforting her in a good way.

Mae dug her claws deep into her flesh,drawing blood to the surface.Blood rolled down her arm and dripped to the ground.As quiet as it was,she could her it ong as it fell to the dirt.

"Sighs...hey whos that?" Kagome says, noticing Akina. "Hi there." Kagome says timidly,taking a step foreward.

"A human?" Akina said, suprised that she had not sensed her by. She was about to form her ice spear but hesitated. "You, you're the human that demon mutt Inuyasha's always with." she said while insulting Inuyasha at the same time ((Just so ya know, Akina despises Inuyasha as much as I do. Just not for the same reasons though)). Akina became defensive. "What are you doing here?"

Mae lifted her tear stained face and looked around,hearing voices being yelled.She got up and walked down the waters edge and fell in on accident.Blood trailed from her fresh wounds she had created and flooted down the river.

*The little demoness looked at Kagome* " Yum, human." she thought.

Soko still sat by the river her ears twitching at the sounds of vioces.

* The demoness looked at Kagome.* " She looks delicious" she said.

((Umm, Akina is with Kagome.))

Akina sensed the demon with them. "What are you doing?" Akina stared at the demon that looked as if she was about to eat the human. 'I may not like humans, but having a little demon like that eating this girl might make Inuyasha 'mad'. But then again, Inuyasha, that mutt. I wouldn't mind if he was a little pissed off now and then.'

" I'm here to watch over the village." she hopped on Kagome's head.

"I didnt mean to intrude or anything." Kagome said. "I was just...uh-oh...." Kagome trailed off her sentence,not wanting Akina and the demoness to know that she actually came here because she sensed a jewl shard. "I mean..." Kagome began to stammer. "...I-I just thought my friend InuYasha might have been around here,thats all. We kinda got separated...."
Kagomes eyes then darted to the demoness, worried that the cat would actuaaly eat her.

Soko stood moveing near the voices. Her feet were damp and her wings mounted her back tightly. She inched towrads them thinking Why does it interest me but then again when was the last time I talked to someone...

Her bady came to a halt seeing a werid group. A hungry looking neko-youkai , a full blooded inu-youkai and a scared human. The neko-youkai creeped her out so she spoke forwardly to the human (Kagome) "Hey is everything all right here???" She looked at the inu-youkai who seemed oddly familair.

*giggles* " Mew!" she giggled. her collar shined brightly.

Mae picked herself out of the water and walked to the noise,she saw a human girl with a demon cat on top of her head,looking as scared as evr.Mae stepped forward and wipped the water off her arms.
"What's going on here?"She said in a confident voice.

" Mew." the kitten giggled.

"What's so funny?"Mae said placing her hands on her hips.

" Mew meow mew mew!" she giggled.

Translation: She thought I was gonna eat her!

"Really?You?Eat ahuman?Your so small so how could you?"Mae said speaking in her language.

" Mew meow mew mew meyow!" she giggled. :bgiggle:

" I only stared at her hugrily becuz she had food in her bag!"
