His style is named Nanto Hōō Ken - South Dipper Phoenix Fist, the ultimate Nanto style, the style of the Nanto Emperor. This style uses no fighting stances. Can also move forward in a strange gliding fashion, with insane burst of speed (the so-called 'dragonball teleportation-like speed'). It can only have one practitioner at one time, the successor must kill the previous successor.

Kenshin have a blade, wich is usefull against unarmed martial artist, but it's non-lethal and Nanto can cut better than modern Ginzu blades, so... hm...

I'd say Souther... Only in Battousai mindset kenshin was warlike. Souther is arrogant but he march on the victory. So, it might end in a gutted Kenshin with an X wound and a clean cut reversed Katana.
That is it, unless Kenshin saw the evil Soutehr could do (like using CHILD slaves to build a pyramid to his glory) and then Kenshin would have the perfect fighting spirit to win.
A very cool and exciting fight, to say the least.
