Tamaranians, I know they would win because they are ment to battle at any moment. The Namiks are mostly peacful creatures who would rather not fight. Remember they were easily taken over by Freaza (I don't know how to spell his name >>;;)

a single namekian could destroy a quarter of a planet since Vegeta was only 4x as strong as them when he battled Goku and he could have destroyed Earth. so, Namekians would win. and Piccolo is stronger than Frieza now.
