I think kagura might win....I don't really remember anything about Rurouni Kenshin now. and Kenshin is fast just like Kouga but Kagura could still beat Kouga up.

Kenshin might actually have a chance against Kagura because he knows (make that REALLY knows) how to use a sword. Kouga's sword's just there for looks, he don't know jack about how to use it.

Actually, InuYasha was handicapped by a broken arm in that battle, so he couldn't really swing the Tetsusaiga to it's full potential. And actually InuYasha is not as skilled with a sword as you may think. InuYasha can't do crap in situations where he's forced to fight weapon to weapon melee style and can't use the Kaze no Kizu and Bakuryuuha.

To prove my point about InuYasha not being very skilled in actual sword-to-sword swordfighting, dig in the fanfiction forum for a story titled 'The Green-clothed Warrior' that I wrote (still work in progress) and read Chapter 2: "The Hero clad in Green and The Bet", and Chapter 10: "InuYasha's Training".

Anyways, I'll say Kenshin, Kagura seems to be easy street for him. Kenshin has many techinues and Kagura only has a fan.

Okay then, take a look at all the battles InuYasha fought with Sesshomaru, early on in the series, even though Sess didn't have the Tokijin. I haven't seen InuYasha take on Sess any after episode 54, so I don't have any reference after that.

i think kgura would win i mean she won when she battled inuyasha right? (well almost anyone could defeat inuyasha ,if they could actually put up a fight, since he just swings his sword around and yells windscar.)

Inuyasha wouldnt be able to beat kagura without kikyou or kagome he needs them to use their arrows... What is up with these match-ups? When I match up characters for a fight I always choose two people who are similar in some way. Like in sword skill or attack similarities but most of these are random as hell. Well this a very tough fight to call. Their fighting styles have nothing at all in common. I think it would be very even. Kenshin would have a hard time getting close to Kagura cause of her tornadoes and wind blades. Kenshin's fast but even Kouga couldn't dodge all of her attacks. If Kenshin ever could get close enough for a phisical attack it would over quick though. So I think it would be a tie.

Kenshin is more capable of winning I think, even with such strong foe like Kagura in front of him, he undoubtfully will have a difficult time, but he will eventually win.
