It's a tough call but I would vote Inuyasha because he is more adaptable thanks to his various techniques (he would probably catch Toguro by suprise with blades of blood if nothing else) not to mention that he could probably just kill Toguro with the dragon-scaled Tetsaiga's yoketsu technique. So in Short, Inuyasha wins!

Well Toguro would win every other time except for the current Inuyasha. Since he hasn't absorbed any other demons he would only have one Youketsu which would be easy for Inuyasha to cut open and kill him in one hit. Toguro going into a higher percentage wouldn't change anything.

Toguro killed thousands of demons just by powering up to 100%.
Inuyasha would lose to him easily. Either torn apart like the beast Toguro killed b4 the torunments or smashed to a pulp.
Toguro's an A class fighter. Inuyasha's at best a B class.

Toguro. He is a Raoh/Kaioh class kind of warrior.A spiritual juggernaut.
Inuyasha MAY win - if he go hit and run mode, and can deal dammages good enough at each times. But he would need something inside him to resist Toguro's renki (is it it?), à la Kenshiro.
