Alright, this is my second fanfic. It may suck, just to let you guys know.
Here's the first chapter. This story is where demons look like they do in the show. If they're humans in the show, they're humans in this story. If they're demons in the show, then they're going to be demons in this story. Like Sesshomaru.


CHAPTER 1- First day in high school

Sesshomaru's POV

"Great, I'm starting 10th grade. Big woop." I thought as I walked to school. "Hey Sesshomaru! wait up!" A boy called out. I turn alittle so that I could see who was calling my name. It wqas my friend, Torion (made up character). "Hey Sesshomaru, do you think you got the classes you asked for?" Torion asked me. "I hope so. If not, then I can change my schedule." I replied. "Yea, maybe we could have some classes together." He continued. "Yea, I hope so." I thought.

In homeroom...

Torion's POV

"Man! I can't believe we have the same homeroom as last year!!!" I yelled angrily. I watched Sesshomaru sit in the exact same seat as before. "How the heck can you not care about having the same homeroom as last year in 9th grade?" I asked him. "I can very easily not care about it." He replied. WTF!? Why was he acting so calm? He usually did that, but it was still odd. I sighed. The door opened and our old homeroom teacher, Mrs. Ranza, walked in. "Take your seats and stay quiet!" She shouted. I sat next to Sesshomaru.

Sesshomaru's POV

Why does he always sit next to me? Doesn't get tired of sitting next to a guy who is as quiet as a door nail? I sighed. "at least i have one friend here." I thought. "Well, well, well, if it isn't Sesshomaru." A voice came suddenly. I looked up to see three girls standing infront of my desk. "What are you doing here? I thought they kicked you out of this homeroom last year." I responded. I hated these three. They always claimed me as theirs. "Is that any way to talk to your girlfriend?" The girl with red hair asked. My eyes narrowed. "I'm not your boyfriend, Sanshino. I don't know why you even bother." I replied. Sanshino walked around my desk. She wrapped her arms around my neck. "Are you sure?" She whispered in my ear. I stood up and pushed her away. "Damn oyu to hell Sanshino. I'm not your boyfriend." I almost yelled. It caught everyone's attention.


Great, gotta go now. Bye!!!

CHAPTER ONE- (CONT.)

Sessomaru's POV

Sanshino fell to the floor. I towered over her. "SESSHOMARU!" Mrs. Ranza screamed. I turned around to see my homeroom teacher red in the face. "I told everyone to sit down! Now sit!" SHe continued screaming. I took my seat. Damn that teacher, I always hate when she buts in on other peoples business. Especially if it's my business. I saw Sanshino walk past me. Her two friends and her took the first three seats in the front of the class.

Torion's POV

WTF?! I never thought I'd see Sesshomaru mad or upset. He's always so calm. I glared at Sanshino, but she wasn't looking my way. "Sometimes I just want to kill her." I heard Sesshomaru say in a low voice. I looked over at him. Yep. he was pist off alright. "Shut up you stupid ungreatful brats!" Mrs. Ranza screamed. (That was her way of saying 'keep quiet', and 'good morning.')

Sesshomaru's POV

"Who's that bitch calling ungrateful?" I thought. I glared at her. She doesn't know who she's talking to. "We have a new student starting today, she just finished moving in yesterday." Mrs. Ranza continued, trying to smile the best she could.

Mrs. Ranza's POV

"Damn it! I hate new students! More people to teach." I thought miserably.

Sesshomaru's POV

The door just opened and a girl with long sky blue hair walked in. She had sky blue eyes too.

Torion's POV

"Damn! She's cuter than Sanshino!" I blurted out suddenly. I saw the girl blush. Wow, she's really shy.

Mrs. Ranza's POV

"This is Latoya." I introduced the girl. Why couldn't this girl introduce herself?

Layota's POV

Why are they all staring at me? I know that All the guys usually stare at me, but the girls in this class seem to care that I look cuter than then. They even have to put on make-up just to be noticed. Hah! I hate make-up, and I can still beat them every time.

Sesshomaru's POV

Great, a new student. Just what this class needs...not. Who does she think she is?

Mrs. Ranza's POV

"Do you have a schedule?" I asked her in the best way I could. "Yes, I've got my schedule, and I know where all the classrooms are." Layota replied. "...........Go and take a seat." I said. Layota walked down the aisle.

Layota's POV

Why are they STILL staring at me? I can't be that cute to them...can I?

I watched the girl take a seat in the back of the class. I turned back to the front. "Alright, I'm going to call your name and you'll come up and get your new schedule." Mrs. Ranza annaounced. "Finally, then we can probably leave this class after that." I thought.

Mrs. Ranza's POV

"Torion!" I called out. Torion got up from his seat and walked to the front. I handed him his schedule. He turned around and went back to his seat. "Sanshino!" I caled out. Sanshino got up from her seat and walked up to the front. She got her schedule and went back to her seat. I called name after name. Norton, Tasi, Atsuka, Rumika, and Kanesiko. "Sesshomaru!" I called out last. Sesshomaru got up from his seat and walked up to the front. He got his schedule and went back to his seat. I sat down at my desk. "I'll let them see what they've got before they leave." I thought.

Ok, there's the whole chapter. Hope you like it. I'll try and write more in the next 30 minutes or so. Bye!

Yea...I know, but what the heck. See, with Sanshino gone, I won't be able to do what I have in mind. Think of it as "Layota v.s. Sanshino". Cause that's how it's gonna be. But that's later on in the story, Sanshino does die though. He He. Ok, before I get caried away about telling you about the rest of the story, I'm going to start writting chapter 2.


CHAPTER 2- FIRST PERIOD

Sesshomaru's POV

WTF!!! There is no way in hell I'm going to these classes! Torion looked over at me. "Hey Sesshomaru, are you ok? You're staring at your schedule pretty hard you know." He stated. He looked over my shoulder. "There is no way in hell you'll ever get me into that auditorium." I said quietly. "Wow, I feel sorry for you." He said.

:chidorisd: :chidorisd: I feel sorry for him. "Hey, uh, Sesshomaru, if it makes you feel any better, I've got Designing and Chorus with you." I said quietly. I didn't want anybody to hear. Sesshomaru folded up the piece of paper and stuck it in his pocket.

Sesshomaru's POV

:narutoang: I don't want to have this fricking class, and I'm sure that Torion doesn't either. It's mainly for girls who have talent. I'm not a girl, and I don't have any talent, so why am I in chorus? The bell rang. "Alright, see you in 6th period, Sesshomaru." Torion said as they walked out of class. Great, I have social studies first. I walked to the fifth floor.

In the classroom...

Sesshomaru's POV

"This is stupid. There are more humans in here than demons. I have no clue why they like this stuff, it's SOOO boring." I thouhgt as I tried to pay attention to the teacher, Mr. Shoni. "Now, we will learn about the Civil war and what happened in it. Please turn to page 1,459." Mr. Shoni told the class. I took out my heavy ass text book. "Good thing I'm a demon and I can carry this thing around." I thought. I turned to the page.

Sesshomaru's POV

I read the whole section of the civil war in 1 minute. I had a good memory, so if the teacher asked me to read, I'll just remember what I said without looking at the book. "Sesshomaru." a voice came to me suddenly. I looked in front of me to see the whole class looking at me. "Now that we finally have your attention, maybe you'll be so kind as to read the first paragragh." Mr. Shoni said with a smile. "And don't say it by memory, stand up and read." he continued. I glared at him, but I stood up and read the first paragraph. The rest of the class was a drag. When the class finished, I left before anyone could even talk to me.


Well, that's the second chapter. I feel sorry for Sesshomaru, I'm torturing him with singing and desighning class! :cryriver: :cryriver: Well, gotta go now, hope you like it. :bye:

Sesshomaru's POV

I walked into the gym. "Damn! why did first period have to be so fucking boring?" I asked myself aloud. Torion came over to me. "C'mon, I want you to meet someone." He practically shouted in my ear. I looked at him. "Why do you have to shout? I'm standing right here." I asked him, getting annoyed. He grabbed my wrist and started pulling me forward. "Sorry...but I really want you to meet someone." Torion said quickly. :chidorisd: yea, wow, did I say I wanted to meet anybody? Torion dragged me to the new girl. "Hey! This is my friend Sesshomaru, he's really quiet and doesn't like to talk much." Torion introduced me. The girl laughed.

Torion's POV

:chidorisd: :chidorisd: :chidorisd: I was trying to get her attntion, but now all she's doing is laughing at me. "Can you let go of my wrist now?" Sesshomaru asked angrily. :chidorisd: Great! Now I'm a fool to 2 people. The girl laughed alittle harder. "Why are you laughing?" Sesshomaru asked. "your freind keeps talking in his mind. I can read minds, so I can hear what he's saying. That's why I'm laughing." the girl replied, trying to stop laughing. :oooo: :oooo: She can read minds!!! The girl laughed harder. She walked away, trying not to laugh.

Sesshomaru's POV

"Wow, very odd girl. I've never met a demon that could read minds before." I thought. I led Torion to our seats. The teacher came in just as we were sitting down. "I'm Mrs. Kanturon. We're going to play basketball today, go to the locker rooms and change into your p.e. uniforms." The teacher shouted. Everyone went to the locker rooms. "The least she could do was not yell so loud." I said quietly.

Back in the gym when everybody's back from the changing rooms...

Sesshomaru's POV

"This is retarded! These uniforms are worse than last years!!!" I said loudly. "Yea, they do suck, but at least they're better and more roomier than last years uniform." Torion told me. I thought about it for a moment. "Yea, I guess you're right. I still can't belive they made us wear tight pants and tight shorts." I said quietly. All the boys went to one side of the gym, and all the girls went to the other.

Mrs. Kanturon's POV

"Alright! Everybody quiet down!!!" I shouted. The kids got quiet. "Now, it will be boy v.s. boy and girl v.s. girl. Until the end, the best basketball player from the boy side and the girl side will go against each other to see which is better, the boys...or the girls." I explained. The kids cheered. All of them. "Alright, let's start." I continued.

Everyone cheered.

After 30 minutes...

Mrs. Katuron's POV

"Alright people! It's down to Layota and Micheal. Demon v.s human. Who will win? Boy or girl?" I kept announcing to the restless crowd of students.

Girl's POV

"I still can't believe a girl beat us." A boy said to no one in particular. I took off my gym shirt. "You know, if any girl sees you with your shirt off, they'll fall to your feet." Torion told me. I chuckled. "I'm the head boy, what do you expect?" I asked. Torion shrugged. We finished changing our clothes. Then the bell rang. "What class do you have next?" I asked. "Algebra." Torion told me. "Me too." I replied.

CHAPTER 4- PERIOD 3

Sesshomaru's POV

I aslready did me test on the pythagorean theorem. I was completedly bored now. I looked over to my right alittle. Torion was trying to copy my answers. I turned my page over. "Awww, now I won't figure out the answer to number 7." He whispered. I chuckled, he always copied my paper. The teacher started walking my way. "Sesshomaru, are you finished with your test?" Mr. Consen asked. "Yes sir, I'm finished." I replied. I turned mynpare over, Torion started to copy my work quickly. Even how I sowed how to get the answer. I handed my paper to the teacher. Torion was writting down really frantically. I just watched him with my head leaning against my hand. Torion put down his pencil. "SIR!!!" He shouted. The teacher turned around. "Don't shout Torion, I'm right here." Mr. Consen replied. "Sorry sir...but I finished my test." Torion continued. The teacher came over and took the test. He looked over the whole thing. Then he looked at me. "Sesshomaru, did you let Torion copy the answers from your paper?" Mr. Consen asked. I looked at him. "No, maybe all those tutoring classes I gave Torion are finally starting to work. Do you really think the head boy would let someone copy my paper?" I replied. I still had that bored look on my face. "You'e right Sesshomaru, sorry to have thought of it otherwise." Mr. Consen said. He walked away. "Thanks Sesshy, I owe you one!" Torion whispered to me. "More like you owe me over 100. That's probably the 150th time I've helped you get out of trouble." I whispered back to him.

Torion's POV

"I wonder how I can make it up to him." I thought. Oh well. Maybe tonight I can go over his house to 'study'. Soon everybody finished the test. Sesshomaru and him had finished 30 minutes before the bell rang again.

Sesshomaru's POV

:sleepy: :sleepy: :sleepy: :sleepy: :sleepy: :sleepy: "I'm sleepy..." I thought. Torion shook me hard. "Wake up! The bell's about to ring." He told me loudly. I woke up. "What time is it?" I asked, my voice sounded as if I were drunk. "It's 11:30 a.m. You're late for school." Torion replied, trying not to laugh. I gave him an evil look. Torion laughed. "I'm just kidding!" He told me. I rolled my eyes. I got my stuff ready for my next class. It was 2 minutes before the bell rang now. "Hey Sesshomaru, what class do you ave next?" Torion asked me. "Science" I replied. "Oh, I have Drama." Torion said. "Have fun." I told him, I laughed alittle. "Hey, Sesshomaru?" Torion asked me." What? You're asking me too many questions, this will be the last, ok?" I told him. "Alright. Can I come over your house today?" He asked. I thought for a moment. "Sure, but I have to go pick Rin up after school." I replied. "Ok!" Torion answered. I don't know why he likes to come over, it's really boring over there. The bell rang, and we left for our next class.


Sorry about this chapter being so short. I couldn't help but put Sesshomaru in tight shorts and tight shirts...I had images after I wrote that...and I liked those images...

CHAPTER 5- PERIOD 4


Sesshomaru's POV

"What makes the atom positive?" Dr. Ioshi asked the class. Nobody answered. "Sanshino, do you know the answer?" She asked. "Nope." I heard Sanshino reply in a bored voice. Dr. Ioshi walked infront of me. "Sesshomaru, what makes an atom positive?" She asked. "Sorry miss, but I have no clue." I responded in a bored voice. "I know the answer." Someone from the back of the class said quietly. Everyone looked to see who it was. It was layota, the new girl. I was shocked to see her here. Was she stalking me or something? I swear that she's in most of my classes already. Dr. Ioshi looked at her. "Come up here and explain the answer." She told the girl.

Layota's POV

Why do I have to go up to the front? I got up from my seat and walked to the front of the class. I drew a circle on the board. "Imagine this is an atom." I started explaining. I drew another circle in the middle of the outer circle. "This is the nucleaus." I continued. I drew 3 more circles, smaller though. 1 Outside the nucleaus, and 2 inside of the nucleas. "The circle outside the nucleas is the electron, which is a particle a negative charge. And the 2 circles inside the nucleas is the proton and the neutron. The neutron isneutral, or doesn't have either negative or posite charge. It's neutral. And the proton is a positive particle. Since the electron is outside the nucleaus, it can't give the nucleaus it's positive charge. And since the neutron has no charge, the proton is the only one left, that's why the nucleaus of an atm is positive." I finished explaining. I didn't dare look at the class. They were probably staring at her in shock. "Very good, I couldn't have said it better myself." Dr. Ioshi told me, putting a hand on my shoulder.

Sesshomaru's POV

Wow, she's smart. But who cares? Everybody in here doesn't really care anyway. At least we didn't have a test yet.

Dr. Ioshi's POV

:chidorisd: Amazing! I didn't even know that answer! :chidorisd: The girl went back to her seat. "Alright class, we're going to have a test." I announced. The whole class seemed to freeze.

Sesshomaru's POV

It was too good to be true. I knew it, she always gives us a friking test! :narutoang: I hate test! Even if I do get all A's!

Dr. Ioshi's POV

I handed out the test. "Write on your own sheets of paper." I announced. There was a groan from the class.

A 30 minutes later...

Sesshomaru's POV

I finished my test 20 minutes ago. And the bells about to ring. I'm completedly bored. And to think that the worst classes are yet to come. :narutofin: Screw the people that gave me chorus and designing. Everybody finished their tests. Dr. Ioshi picked them up. "Do pages 987-999 in your science books for homework." She announced. The bell rang. Great, I have chemistry next. Layota walked up next to me. "Hi again!" She greeted me. "Hi." I said slowly. "What class do you have next?" HSe asked. "Chemistry." I replied. "Really? Me too." She replied. There was a pause. "Gotta go now! Bye!" she said, then she left. Weird.

That's the end of chapter 4! CHAPTER 6- PERIOD 5

Sesshomaru's POV

Damn! it's like this girl's following me!!! I glanced over at her. She ws just watching the teacher explain about chemistry class.

1 hour and 30 minutes later...

Sesshomaru's POV

This is boring. Dr. Kunishito keeps talking and talking none-stop. Doesn't he ever get tired of talking so much? Shit! He's staring right at me! I think I know what's going to happen next..."Sesshomaru." Dr. Kunishito called out. "Yes sir?" I answered. "What is the best instrument for measuring any liquid?" Dr. Kunishito asked. He smiled, but it looked like a smirk to me. "A graduated cylinder is the first best, the next is a beaker." I replied. The teacher frowned. "Very good." He said. Hah! I knew it! He thought that I wasn't paying attention!.....Well, I wasn't, I just knew the answer to the question.

Dr. Kunishito's POV

Drat! That's the head boy of this friking school. I should have knon better than to ask him a stupid question like that. It looked like he was half asleep. I know, I'll ask him a question that I know he won't be able to answer. But which question to ask...

I have to go for a minute, i'll be back.

Sesshomaru's POV

Great, now the teacher's probably going to ask me another stupid question. I know which question that's going to be, all my chemistry teachers do this to me. That's why I hate chemistry. "Sesshomaru." Dr. Kunishito called out again. Here we go...again..."Yes sir?" I answered. "What did I just finish explaining?" He asked. I sighed. I knew it was coming. All my teachers think I'm retarded. "You spent most of this class moving your mouth at who knows what speed explaining what we do and what we're going to do in chemistry this year." I replied.

I don't care if everybody's staring at me. I hate chemistry. And it looks like chemistry hates me. I stood up. I picked up my things and walked to the door. "Where are you going?" Dr. Kunishito call3ed after me. I turned semi-around. "I'm leaving, it seems that every year, my chemistry teachers treat me even more of an idiot. I'm no fool. I'm head boy of this school. I deserve respect. But since the bells about to ring. I think I'll just leave." I told the class. I turned to leave. "Stop Sesshomaru or I'll give you detention!" Dr. Kunishito shouted angrily. I'm going to give him the worst detention!!! I ran out of the classroom after him.

Sesshomnaru's POV

"Can we move this conversation a little faster. I'm going to be late for my next class." I told Dr. Kunishito. "You need to come to my classroom after school. Your going to be in detention for the next 3 weeks!!!" He shouted. "Sir?" someone asked. I saw the new girl behind the teacher. Dr. Kunishito turned around. "What do you want?" He asked. "I didn't understand when you said that..." Layota began to say when she was cut off. "I'm tired of explaining to you people more than once!" He shouted angrily. "But you only explained it once." Layota responded. "You calling me a liar now!!! Your going to detention too." He shouted. He walked away. I walked up to the Layota, she looked really confused. "Let's go before we're late for class." I told her. She nodded. "WHat class do you have?" I asked. "Chorus...I hate that class." Layota replied. "Wait, you have chorus too?" I asked in shock. "Yep." She replied.


Alright, that's the end of chapter 6. Yay! My favorite chapter so far is coming up next!!! Damn! I haven't even written it yet and I'm saying that it's the best. Oh well. I still think it's funny what sesshomaru told the teacher. *Laughs so hard falls to the floor... stands back up and continues writting* I'll update soon.

CHAPTER 7- PERIOD 6

Sesshomaru's POV

We made it to class. We took our seats. Just as we were sitting down, the bell rang. "I thought that I woyuld be late for class." Layota said quietly. Everyone was sitting in the auditorium. "Dasmn I hate that teacher." I said quietly. Layota sat next to me. I looked at her in shock. "Why are you sitting next to me?" I asked her. "I don't know." She replied. She looked at me. "Want to be friends?" She asked. "Uh...sure?" I said unsure. "I'll give time to thiunk about it." She said with a smile. Then she got up and walked away to another seat. Torion came over. "So, what did your girlfriend say?" He asked with a smile. "I have no girlfriend Torion. And I don't think any girl can be abel to have me. They're to obsesed with me." I replied. We all got quiet when we saw the teacher walk up on the stage. "Welcome to chorus class! My name is Mrs. Ganitsu. I'm the chorus teacher, or the singing teacher, both are the same so who cares." The eacher announced.

Student's POV

Mrs. Ganitsu's POV

"Alright students, let's see the talent of the young lsdies first" I announced. All the girls blushed alittle. "Then we can see if the guys have any talent." I continued. "Why don't we let the guys go first?" Sanshino asked. I thought for a moment. "No, I think that you young ladies should go first, let's see what you've got. Come on up to the stage." I replied. All the girls, reluctantly, got up from their saets and walked up on stage. I walked up to the first girl with a microphone in my hand. "What's your name?" I asked. "Kinu." the girl said quietly. Her face turned red. "Alright, way don't you sing us a song from one of your favorite t.v. shows...or movies?" I suggested. The girl nodded. She took the microphone.

Kinu's POV

:chidoriblush: :chidoriblush: :chidoriblush: I can't do this!!! There's too much pressure!!! I turned around and ran ofstage. The teacher grabbed my wrist. "What's the matter dear?" She asked. "I can't do this, there's too much pressure!" I replied. "Go sit down. You need to build up your courage o do this. I understand." Mrs. Ganitsu replied. I went to my seat and sat down. That was close, I don't want to be in this class.

Mrs. Ginatsu's POV

I turned back to the rest of the class. "Most of you will have a panick attack when you get up here. If you're feeling nervous already, go sit down." I told the girls. Probably 85 percent of the girls sat back down. Only 5 girls were up on the stage now. Wow, I guess that they really don't like to sing much. I saw a girl that looked really shy. She had sky blue hair and sky blue eyes. (By now, you should know who it is). "You." I said, while pointing at the girl.

Layota's POV

"Me?" I asked, not sure who she ment. "Yes, you. come here please." Mrs,=. Ganitsu said. I walked forward, I can't believe I was so shy. My older brother tells me I have a good voice, that's why he sighned me up. But why do I have to be so frikin shy? :blush: :blush:

CHAPTER 7-CONT.

Layota's POV

:chidoriblush: "Uhmm..." I said quietly. I'll sing that song from that show, it's the only one coming to mind right now. What the heck, I'll give it a go.

Sesshomaru's POV

Is she actually going to sing? I wonder what she will sing. What the heck? Since when did I care? I heard the girl start singing. The teacher knew the song and put the music on right away. Layota's voice was like that of a dream. The song was called 'Every Heart' (I couldn't help but put this. If you've explored Inuyashajourney.com, you've probably been to the music part. I'm getting all the songs from there, just to let you know). "I've heard this song before, but I don't remember where..." I said quietly. I looked over at Sanshino. She looked pist. "Heh, Sanshino has some competition now. And I ndon't hink she likes it." I said quietly. Torion looked at Sanshino. "Yep, it sure looks that way. This should be good." He agreed. Layota finished singing.

Mrs. Gantsu's POV

"BRAVO!!! BRAVO!!!You have a wonderful voice!" I congatulated her. Most of the boys in the audience seats clapped and whistled. 3 girls left the stage and sat down. Oh, why are they sitting down? Layota looked at them. Then she looked at the other girl on the stage.

Sanshino's POV

Nobody should be better than me! I'm supposed to be the best girl in this whole damn school!!! I walked up to the girl. "You call that singin? I'll show you singing!" I shouted. The girl handed the microphone over. "Go ahead. Let's see how good you say you are." She replied. Mrs. Gantsu slowly backed away. I started to sing 'My Will'.

Layota's POV

Heh, don't try too hard. I know that this isn't like me at all, but I wouldn't mind some competition to see who can sing better. This should be funny.

Sanshino's POV

I finished singing. I looked back at the girl. "Can you beat that?" I asked with a smirk. "I probably could." The girl replied. She walked over and took the microphone. She started singing 'Dearest'. I was shocked speechless. She can sing in a different language too!?

Layota's POV

I finished singing. Sanshino came over and snatched the microphone away. She started to sing 'Fukai Mori' (or 'deep forest' in english). She soon finished singing. I went over and took the microphone away from her, and started singing 'Itazurana Kiss' It went by quick, but I got every part of it right.

I don't belive it!!! This thing can sing that quick!!! The girl finished singing. I snatched it back. I started singing 'Four seasons'. I finished. The girl came and started singing 'Yura Yura'. There was no way I could keep up with that! After the girl finished singing, the bell rang.

Mrs. Gantsu's POV

"Practice your singing skills for our next class!!!" I called out as the students left.
