~*Authors Note*~
I couldn't think of a good title to call this fanfic, so "Attack of the Noobs" was the only result I got. Well, enjoy chapter one.

~*Summory*~
The story starts out with Sora, Riku and Kairi, having a regular normal day at Destiny Island. It's been about a year since they last battled the heartless. But after a sudden appearance with Sora's old friends, Goofy and Donald, they learn that the Heartless is back with a whole new ally; the noobs. Now Sora must gather all the heros he battled with and fight against the forces of evil.


~*Chapter One*~

The sun is shining brightly over Destiny Islands. A young boy of about 15 is lying on the beach. He was snoozing, the hood of his shirt covering his face, preventing the sun from getting in his eyes. He was having a dream. A dream of him running down a road, holding a key shaped sword in his hand. His two friends, a duck holding a magician’s staff, and a dog holding a knights shield, are running at his side. They were running towards a bright light. Suddenly the light turned into a giant shadow. The boy jumped at it, ready to attack. Just the he heard a voice call him from the distance. “Sora, Sora, SORA! Get up you lazy bum.” The boy shot up from his dream and awoke. The girl that had awakened him spoke again.

“Snoozing again I see, you lazy bum.” The girl said giggling. The boy sat up and spoke.

“Okay, you caught me Kairi I’ll get up.” Said Sora, as he got up to his feet and followed Kairi to a beach shack.

At the top of the wooden shack sat a boy who seemed to be sixteen years old. He had shoulder-length silver hair and enchanting aqua eyes. The boy was wearing unique clothing. His shirt was a bright yellow color, with two black straps hanging over his shoulders and creating an “X” shape on his chest. He dangled his two legs over the shack’s rim as he was eating some kind of fruit.

“So what were the two love birds doing?” he said, taunting them with a grin.

“Shut up Riku!” Sora yelled up at the silver-haired boy, giving him a slight blush and a glare.
Riku sighed as he jumped off the shack. He stood in between Kairi and Sora, giving them an ear-to-ear grin. “I do love this place, but I miss all the other worlds we’ve to,” he said to both of them, even though he never actually traveled with both Kairi and Sora.
Sora laughed a bit. “Don’t you remember that we were separated at the time? You were in the darkside while I was searching for you and Kairi.”

Kairi watched the two bicker, giggling here and there. Suddenly, something caught her eye. It was the sky, something was disturbing the weather. The sky was an eerie purple color, mixed with grays, blacks, and some white. It looked like some kind of splatter painting, as if god was an artist himself and painted the sky. Scattered fragments of light flew down from the clouds, piercing the dark hues. Along with the fragments fell two dark figures. Kairi couldn’t make out what they were, as she used her hand as a visor. Sora and Riku finally stopped bickering once they caught sight of the bizarre display in the sky.

“What’s going on? Are the heartless back?” questioned Sora, he too noticed the two distant figures falling from the sky. When the two figures splashed into the timeless ocean, Sora had a sudden motive to go and retrieve whatever, or should I say whoever it was.
When Sora reached to where the two figures fell to, he ducked his head into the cool comforting water and dove down towards the bottom. To his surprise, it was his two friends, Goofy and Donald. They were both unconscious from falling and crashing into the water. Without faltering, Sora grabbed both their arms and pulled them up at the water’s surface. He tugged them both onto the soft beach after an exhausting swim.

“Goofy and Donald? What are they doing here?” questioned Riku, as he watched Sora attempt to bring them ashore.

Both Goofy and Donald began to move, and cough some of the seawater out of their throats. After a few coughs, Goofy and Donald stood up from where they were placed and squeezed the remaining water crystals out from their moist clothes.

“Next time I’m driving the Gummi Ship.” Quaked Donald, apparently he was angry at Goofy.

“Well garsh, I wasn’t the one who fired at them.” Said Goofy, insulting Donald.
Sora, Riku and Kairi all stared at the two Disney characters with a dumb founded expression. Eventually, Sora interrupted the quarrel between Goofy and Donald. “What are you guys doing here? Is there something wrong?”

Donald turned his attention at Sora, while Goofy stared at the ground with embarrassment. We came here to warn you three.” Said Donald, he was trying hard to sound serious. “The Heartless are back, but they have new allies.”

“Allies?” questioned Riku, who was suddenly drawn into the discussion. “What kind of power would bring the heartless back?”

Goofy lifted his head and looked at the three kids. “Well, these allies look like the heartless, but instead of a crossed black heart on their chests, they have an “N” shape. Some how, they brought back all the villains you fought with back to life” Explained Goofy.

Donald nodded in agreement. “We call them, the noobs.”

~*Chapter Two*~

“Noobs?!” questioned Sora, Riku and Kairi. They have never heard such creatures, and they couldn’t believe that all the villains they fought with came back to life.

“Yep, noobs.” Agreed Donald. “They are a little different from the heartless, and they are much stronger. The noobs speak some kind of foreign language that no one can understand. We call their language ‘noobish’.”

“These noobs tend to travel in packs.” Said Goofy. “There is a whole pack of them heading this way as we speak.”

“I’ll go get my Keyblade.” Said Sora, and went off to go grab his weapon. Sora gently opened the door to his home, and walked down the narrow dark hallways. When he finally reached his room, he noticed that everything was unorganized. The desk was turned upside down, the bed was broken in half, and all of his clothes were thrown on the ground in random areas. Was this the work of the heartless, or was it the noobs? Sora couldn’t figure out what caused this eruption, but he figure that whoever done this, was after something very valuable.

Sora hurriedly walked to his closet, which was hidden by the cluttered bookshelf. He turned the brass doorknob ever so slowly, and opened the wooden door along with it. He searched through the dark closest, where he last left his Keyblade. He pushed out loads of clothes, books, whatever that was in his way through the chaotic mess. He noticed that the Keyblade was placed in the far right corner, covered in dust and cobwebs.

When Sora grabbed his Keyblade, he felt some kind of overwhelming power consuming his body. It has been a year since he last used it, and never felt this power engulfing him like this before. A cold slash ruptured Sora’s back. Sora quickly turned to see who attacked him, and found that it was a small shadowy creature. It looked just like a normal heartless, but something was different from those creatures. It had glowing light blue eyes, and on it’s chest had a ‘N’ mark.
A thought struck Sora. “Could this be a noob? Those creatures Goofy and Donald warned us about?”

Without hesitation, Sora plunged the Keyblade at the noob and slashed it in half. The noob dissolved in the air, as if it was pure dust blowing in the high winds. Sora ran out of his room and was soon out the door.

Dark, shadow-like clouds hovered over Destiny Island. The sky was pitch black, darker than any night sky. A storm wrapped the dark sky with its violent clouds. It was a sadistic, beautiful tossing it’s hair and screaming at the world to heed it’s demands storm, which enlightened the surrounding noobs very much. Sora then noticed that Goofy and Donald were fighting the noobs, and Riku was trying to heave Kairi away from the danger.

“Come on Sora, we have to get out of here soon!” yelled Donald, as he bonked one noob on the head with his staff.

Sora nodded and ran down to help his two companions, killing as many noobs in the process. He was reunited with his old partners, and began to slash at the countless noobs. “We can’t kill them all!” said Sora, as he slashed one noob’s head and disappeared in thin air. Goofy charged at a couple of noobs with his shield, knocking them down like dominoes.

All three continued to fight against the 1337 powers of the noobs. It seemed hopeless at first, considering how many they are fighting, but the battle was turned around, giving Sora the upper hand. Sora glanced behind him, he was glad that Riku took Kairi somewhere safe.

“Sora! Look at the noobs!” yelled Goofy, pointing at the noobs. The shadowy creatures began to fly up into the sky, and began to swirl around like a tornado. They were forming one big Noob, as big as the island itself.

“\/\/3 \/\/4|\|7 7#3 K3# [314[}3~111!!!!” it cried out, as the body of the giant noob appeared.
Sora, Goofy and Donald gulped, the knew this will be one hell of a battle.

Here's an update, sorry for the long wait. I still have my finals and junk :(

~*Chapter Three*~

The giant noob roared angrily, as it’s beady blue eyes glared down at the threesome. The wind violently swirled around the dark creature, as if it was powering up to attack first. The ocean waves crashed rapidly at the shore, churning the sand around and pulling it towards the dark waters. A lightning bolt shot down from the black clouds to the shadowed ground. A few seconds after the strike, the island pulsed once the eerie thunder sound croaked.

Sora held his keyblade in front of him as he surveyed the noob. The black creature steadily out-stretched its arm and swung at the threesome as if it was scooping out the scraps of the ice cream box. Donald and Goofy jumped away from the attack just in time, while Sora was knocked across the beach.

“SORA!” yelled both Donald and Goofy, as they ran towards Sora and helped him up. “I guess I lost my motivation in fighting for a year.” He said with a thin smile.

Sora charged at the noob with his arm outstretched for an attack. He gripped his keyblade tightly and slashed at the noob’s side. The noob yelped in pain, as it fell backwards on it’s back. Half of the giant noob was ripped open from the blind attack. Sora felt a victorious chill run up his spine, as he walked back towards Goofy and Donald.

“We did it!” he said with a wide smile, giving his companions a satisfying look. Donald was the only one who felt like the job was not yet finished. He walked a little closer to the giant noob and kicked it with his duck-like feet. “I don’t know Sora, it still looks alive to me.” He quacked.

Sora and Goofy ignored Donald’s remark as they began to celebrate their first victory against their new enemies. Just as Donald began to walk back towards the others, the giant noob grabbed one of Donald’s legs and threw him towards Goofy and Sora, resulting them to fall onto the soft sand. The noob stood up from where it was knocked down, it’s glowing blue eyes burned with anger. The ripped side of his body began to morph back to its original form, as if the injury was not even there in the first place.

“I think this is a good time to run.” Said Goofy, eyeing the creature nervously.
The colossal noob snarled angrily at them, as it began to power up for an attack. A bright white light was being absorbed into its mouth, you could see white sparks engulfing its black body.
Sora, Donald and Goofy ran away from the noob, trying to avoid the soon to be disastrous attack. Sora led his two comrades into a place that only he, Riku and Kairi truly understand. It was a small narrow passageway that would lead them into the mountain on Destiny Island. It was the secret doorway where Sora and Kairi drew their star fruit picture.

Just as the threesome entered the slit in the mountain, they just narrowly escaped the noob’s massive attack, which was assumed to have destroyed most of the island. Sora noticed the walls were damp and mossy, giving off a horrible stench. He could not remember the last time he was in this same exact place, though it could have been a year ago.

The wandering through the cavern ended as they reached a familiar door. It was a simple wooden door, but some moss was beginning to settle on to it. The brass doorknob no longer had that polished look to it, but a dull rusty appearance. Just as they settled down for a second, the old door flung open and a burst of bright light engulfed them. The brilliant light seemed endless as Sora and his two friends drifted along the endless stream of radiance. Sora closed his eyes and concentrated to where he wished to be. He imagined Destiny Island, and an obscure picture of him, Kairi and Riku building that raft that they’ve been working on for most of their small lives.

Just as Sora slowly opened his eyes, he found himself in a dark alley in a pile of gunk. He rubbed his head as he examined his surroundings. He noticed that Goofy and Donald were in the same area as he was. The sky was draped with the starry night sky, the stars glistened in the heavens. Sora stood from where he was sitting and gripped his keyblade tightly. He soon realized that he and his companions were in Traverse Town.
