Sesshoumaru would win...He's way too powerful and he'd just come back to life if he were to die (Sword). Plus, Sesshoumaru has lightning-fast speed...Naruto ain't nothing but a sorry little White Boy posing as japanese (no offense to Naruto fans, but it's true).

Naruto does have some kind of a chance, but putting him against Sesshoumaru is like putting him and Kakashi in a match to the death. So.... ^^;;; Yea.

If Naruto was in the same state as when he fights Sasuke in the huge valley then yes he'd have a pretty good chance especially if the demon fox came out. But then again like all the other Sesshoumaru battles it depends on what sword he has. If it's the Tokijin then it would be pretty even but if he had the Tensaiga Naruto would be denied the right to transform into the fox and would be sucked to hell right away. And please stop saying that the Tensaiga can bring Sesshoumaru himself back to life. Did it ever show that ability in the show or manga? Hell no it did not so please only use abilities that you see and/or read in these fights instead of making them up.

You people have to take in account EVERYTHING both characters have proven.

Sesshoumaru= Time after time, he's proven to be twice as strong as Inuyasha. He has amazing speed, strength and a wide range of powers. He wieleds the Toukijin and Tenseiga. Both very powerful weapons.

Naruto= He's an incredibly strong and determined character. To quote his Shinobi Path:

"I never quit, and I never run. I never go back on my word. That's my Shinobi Way"

He's grown a lot through both the anime and manga. He's able to perform high level Jutsu's such as Rasengan. Now there's the nature of his Kyuubi stage. In stage one, the Kyuubi's chakra forms an aura of a red fox around him. In the increasing stages, Naruto gains an additional "tail" of chakra. Spawning from the myth, Kitsune's gain another tail after 100 years. He's gone to a stage four Kyuubi mode, where he lost all control. And his blood and the Kyuubi's chakra mix. Forming a massive black colored chakra in the form of a fox. Enough power to beat Orochimaru, a VERY powerful ninja.

So given the circumstance, the fight can go either way.
