Okay, now I have gone on the record as saying that I think Inuyasha could beat Toguro WITH THE TETSAIGA (think Yoketsu) but full demon Inuyasha doesn't have the Tetsaiga and therefore does not have access to it's techniques and without those techniques there is no way that Inuyasha can win this fight. Don't get me wrong, Demon Inuyasha is strong, but he has never blown-up a mountain side and Tugoro has! What's more he has shrugged off blows of that caliber. Add in his almost instant regeneration and Inuyasha is done. Let's face it folks, we all love Inuyasha but there is no way he could win this fight in full demon form (or any of his forms for that matter) without the Tetsaiga.
I bet 100 clams on Toguro to win!
