I don't Japanese either; I just sort of figured it out logically. Lets see...
The beginning is just them saying stuff about Sesshomaru; I think Jaken's singing to song for him. Then Sesshomaru tells him to stop and kicks him. Then I think Jaken asks Sesshomaru why he did and Sesshomaru probably tells him he can't sing...and Rin agrees.
That's what I think it was; I don't really know.

*shrug* I was just guessing. I took it from the tone of voice and stuff; it's not that hard. After sitting in a room with two people conversing in Polish for four hours and at a dinner table with three making jokes in Polish you learn to pick up these things. I do it in Spanish too.
