i just spilt root beer all over my nes yesterday so i cant write a full walkthrough but i do remember the bosss fights ... and a few other things

In the land of Hyrule, an evil force known as Ganon permeated the land. In his grasp was the top piece of the mystical relic, the Triforce of Power. How the piece ended up in Ganon’s clutches is unknown, but from what was told, Princess Zelda split up her own piece, the Triforce of Wisdom, and hid them in the deepest darkest caves for the bravest of the brave to find them.

The princess sent her nanny, Impa, out into the world to find such a man. As soon as Impa had left the castle, it was stormed by Ganon and Zelda was carried off. Impa barely escaped capture herself and continued her journey to find a hero.
All hope was lost when Ganon’s minions caught up to the royal attendant in a forest of darkness until a shadow appeared. It turned into the figure of a young man who valiantly fought off the creatures and extended his hand to her aid.

The boy introduced himself as Link and he listened intently as Impa told him her plight. Vowing to rescue Zelda, he set off with only a wooden sword to search for the eight shards of the Triforce.

In each cavern, the hero found enemies of every kind and each was as vicious as the last. Returning with all eight pieces, Link began his ascent of Death Mountain and his ultimate task: to defeat Ganon.
The maze inside the cavern confused Link so much that he was ready to give up. Just as he was about to, he came across a unique treasure, the Silver Arrows. Link looked up and with renewed strength he conquered the maze and found the source of all the evil.

Ganon appeared to be too strong as each time the hero’s blade sliced him proved useless as the creature faded in and out of the gloom. With his last bit of energy, Link remembered the Silver Arrows and let one fly as soon as Ganon became visible. It was over.

A cry could be heard from the far end of chamber where the great battle took place and inside Link discovered the Princess Zelda, and she thanked Link for saving her before reuniting the broken pieces of the Triforce. Peace was restored to Hyrule.

Aquamentus isn't tough to beat, just strike its head with your sword. Just be careful as the beast will spew fireballs in three different directions as it stomps around the room.

Dodongo
These dinosaurs love to eat, so leave a few bombs on the ground in front of its face. Three bombs does the job.

Manhandla
Toss a bomb towards the centre of the creature. If you miss and run out of bombs, you can slice the vicious mouths on the side of Mandhandla.

Digdogger
Use the whistle to shrink the Digdogger so that it splits into three pieces. Take the sword and destroy each piece to defeat the boss.

Gleeok
Who ever said two head is better than one is dead wrong. Or is dead because one of the Gleeok's heads killed him.
Just attack one head with the sword until it's lopped off and flying around the room. Avoid the deadly energy beams it fires and work on the other head.

Ghoma
Some spiders go "squish" while others try to squish you. Stand below the single eye of Ghoma and launch arrows when the creature is staring at you. While depth perception isn't the spider's strength, it will make up for it by tossing energy balls at you. Avoid them and give Ghoma the ol' arrow in the eye technique.

Ganon
Ganon is in the chamber somewhere, but he's not very bright when it comes to hiding himself. The pig will target you with energy blasts which give away his position. So, take that sword and start stabbing the emptiness. If a beam is fired from near you, Ganon is probably standing very close, so let him have it.
After about five hits from your sword, Ganon will appear brown as if he'd just been in the mud. Pull out those Silver Arrows and send him to the slaughter house.

The first sword you get, it's made of wood and not very strong.

White Sword
A step up from the Wooden Sword, you'll need at least five heart containers to obtain this weapon.

Magical Sword
This is the strongest sword ever made and does four times the damage of your previous weapons.

Shield
You can block any projectile attack (rocks, arrows and the like) with the Shield.

Power Bracelet
Lift some heavy objects with this accessory. Makes boulders look like a pebble.

Bow and Arrow
The first sword you get, it's made of wood and not very strong.

Silver Arrow
Pierce the piggy with the only weapon that can, the Silver Arrow.

Boomerang
Hit far off enemies and collect out of reach items.

Magical Boomerang
Longer reach than the first boomerang and can injure enemies.

Bombs
Break weak walls and eliminate enemies with the bomb. Very handy.

Magic Rod
Blast the baddies with a burst of magic from this tool.

Red Ring
Increases your offensive power when worn.

Blue Ring
Increases your defensive power and reduces damage by half.

Book of Magic
The first sword you get, it's made of wood and not very strong.

Compass
Found in every underground cavern, this helpful tool displays the location of the boss.

Fairy
Fairies are the next best thing to doctors in Hyrule.

Clock
Freeze enemies for a short time to make it easier to deal with them. This will not stop the creatures awaiting you in the next room.

Ladder
Cross small streams using the ladder, but don't attempt larger lakes and rivers.

Raft
Does what the ladder can't do: cross lakes and larger rivers.

Bait
For whatever reason, drop some bait to attract enemies. Just don't eat it yourself.

Map
Makes those dark mazes underground a tad easier to work through.

Flute
Entertain yourself and some evil minions with the flute as it has secret powers which have forever remained untapped... until now.

Blue Potion
Double double boil and trouble... creative concoctions made to replenish your magic

Red Potion
Boiling red liquid? It must be good for you because it can save your life.

Blue Candle
Limited in length, burn stuff while you can.

Red Candle
Lasts longer than the Blue Candle and is annoyingly located near the end of the game.

Magic Key
Master key to almost every door ever locked. Enjoy yourself.

Key
Locked dungeon gates always have a key nearby. However, it's designed to work in the single dungeon in which it was found.

Letter
The letter will guarentee you access to potions from shops all over Hyrule.
