I've read about the good & bad of the VNS. I'd like to know more about it. I have some questions I like answers to.
What are some of the major side effects caused by the VNS?
How bad is the surgery scarring?
About how long is the surgery?
How long are the batteries in the VNS good for? (average)
If proven ineffective, can the whole VNS be safely removed? VNS unit & electrodes?
You have asked many very interesting questions. Every answer can be found on this site too! Next time you visit, why not look through the forums FIRST and then if you can't find what you are looking for, we will be more than happy to answer any question.
According to your logs, there was only ONE thread opened by you, so if you were actually looking for information, don't you think you should at least spend some time reading several threads?

What good and bad things have you read if you haven't read this forum? I'm just curious because most places on the net (other that this forum) don't talk too much about the potential downsides to the VNS.
