The nurse from Cyberonics came to Bo's school today to explain the procedure, answer any questions and help them feel more comfortable with it. There were 9 people from his school that attended. It was nice to see that kind of support.

I also got 2 magnets AND the patient manual :D

This is fantastic news to hear that you not only got the manual BEFORE surgery but also that someone from Cyberonics went to the school to explain this procedure and how it works to Bo's teachers, counselors, etc.

Please keep us informed on your decision. My prayers are with you through this process as I know how difficult it was for me to decide for myself, but to make that decision for a child adds that much more stress.
