I am back. To let you know what I have been doing, I have had 7 recitals, I have been working on a recording and my daughter got married last month. I am also preparing to inter a music composition competition and I am getting ready for a performance for Thanksgiving. I am also trying to clean this house. I feel like throwing everything into the trash. :wacko: It doesn't seem like it has been very busy here but I do want to hear from everyone. How has it been going. All good news I hope. I will post a pic of my daughter the bride and her siblings the moochers. :hbeat:

OMG Black, you are so funny! Sounds like you have been very busy and as usual have such a positive attitude in your posting. I can't wait to see the picture of your daughter ~ what a special milestone!!! And I can totally concur about tossing the whole house but dang they charge so dern much for those dumpsters!

Things have been very hectic for me recently, I am currently understaffed and we are just starting a new fiscal year.. oh and did I mention I am one of 4 doing a national training the end of this month and I have yet to do the powerpoint presentations??? : whistle : Oh well, there will be time to sleep after the week long training is over!!!

I am really looking forward to my vacation in October. I am going to NM to be with a very special person in my life for 2 whole weeks... no cell phone and no laptop!!! Yippee!!!! Will be booking my flight this week and then the countdown begins!!! :D

The reason I like coming to this site is that I think that the ketogenic diet is very important, not just for weightloss, but it is healthy. If medicine did not exist, many more ailments would have to be treated with a ketogenic diet. I just recently read, in my book The Brain Trust Program, the connection owith epilepsy and menopause. He shows how menopausal symptoms ( hot flashes, mood swings,migraines etc ) have causes similar to epilepsy and recommends the ketogenic diet to treat menopause. I find this amazing. I feel that I should be coming here more than I do my standard low carb sites. :lips: I am more interested in the medical aspect of low carb dieting especially ketogenic diets. So I didn't want you girls to think that I had left you. I didn't and I can't leave...it's against the law :yes2:

Yes, I do have a DVD from the recital. Ugh, but I should not have played...playing the flute with a new set of braces is stoopid.
