Hi,

I did a MAUDE report on my VNS. FDA sent me a "thank you" letter.
How do I find my report? They have a access number on the letter,
but I can't find my report. I can't find a way to search the access number.
When I read the MAUDE reports (and there are MANY) I couldn't find mine???

Kudos for you on doing a Maude report! :punk:

The Maude reports are update every 3 months I believe. When you go into the system, at the bottom of the page it should say when it was updated last, then go 3 months from that date and that is when your report should be viewable. When I went in to search for mine, I entered the date I reported mine & I clicked on all the reports for that date until I found mine.
