Title: Sleeping with NO sleeping pills x5 days now
Description: Very, Very tired lately....
Bonnie - September 29, 2008 08:32 PM (GMT)
Hello to All:
Well, I have been able to sleep without taking any sleeping pill! That makes me glad.
Lately, though it seems I can never get enough sleep! I am so tired. My hubby took my son to school today. I'm ashamed to say, I woke up 2:30 PM in the afternoon. But I sure felt better after having slept that long. Since it got rainy and overcast here, I have been very tired, even after sleeping the entire night.
My head & neck have been sore and aching. I usually just take Motrin for that. I think that's probably my fibromyalgia acting up. Hubby has had more pain in his joints too. Where has my energy gone to? I just don't feel like doing anything around here. : lazy : :coffee: : yawn :
I have called my shrink medicine lady to let her know. I can imagine she'll say go up on my depression medicine and don't sleep in. The HELL with that. I will sleep in anytime I can. Especially the way I've been feeling; not ever enough sleep. :Censored:  : wtf1 :
Well, that's about it for now. Hope everyone is doing ok.
Sincerely,
Bonnie
Hubby has been grumpy with me, because I have been so tired lately. It's not all the time I feel this way. If he wants a fight, I'll give him one! :Really Mad:

:D HI Bonnie!
Yeah for you that you aren't taking sleep medication to get to sleep!
Maybe the weather change is making you tired. Or maybe even the pain. How is your depression?

Bonnie,
I am so glad to hear you have been able to sleep without sleeping pills. That is great. You may be dealing with some depression due to less medications now which could be why you are sleeping more. The change in weather may be causing part of it but be careful you don't allow your body to bluff you into sleeping so much as that will get you into a bad sleeping habit. Remember about babies getting their sleeping schedules mixed up... we adults can do that too!
But hey, need to see the positive and give you a ^5 for sleeping without using meds!
Hugs,
Cindy

Hello Dispatch and et al.,
Well, last night unfortunately I had to take something for sleep, as I slept in too late that day. They are only stand-by medication just in case I can't get to sleep. After laying in bed for one hour, not getting to sleep I just had to do something.
I think my depression is ok, although I have been irritable, and grumpy. I have been very sensitive lately and take personal critiscm as a threat. I told my shrink lady medicine woman about it. She just basically said we'll just have to watch it.
Thanks to all who wrote back.
Sincerely,
Bonnie
