As much as I would like this to become standard practice, I doubt it will be anytime soon. Just too much paperwork for many clinics to absorb and it could mean losing dollars which are being brought in by doctors who do not comply. The almighty $$$ will again win!

Weren't they the ones, about 2 years ago, who pulled out all the junk big pharma plys them with? pens, mouusepads, coffeemugs, clocks, clipboards etc. They had 22 grocery carts full!

I thought it was the Cleveland Clinic that pulled all the pharma stuff out.

This is an excellent article. I hope this becomes standard operating procedure for all physicians. facilitues, etc.

Seems like the Cleveland Clinic gets things started and other places follow their lead...this is promising!
