If you use Search, you'll get several threads about mammograms. It can be done but care must be used to keep the generator out of the way. Most of the breast tissue will be between the "plates" The Generator block all visabilty of breast tissue. mammogramsManuals

Hi JeanBean,
I've had two mammograms since my implant. I called the facility as soon as I was scheduled and talked with their head technician. When I told her the generator was similar to a pacemaker generator, she said there would be no problem. She said they would take special care to make sure the generator was not disturbed.
In fact, both mammograms went smoothly.

Your VNS might even show up in the mammagram, mine did!
