Because the Who and the CDC have said that we are one step away from this being a Pandi, I went to the store today and bought a few cans of Lysol spray, 4 bottles of hand sanitizer and a couple jugs of Clorox bleach to be on the safe side. I also redid the sign that hangs on our door to not visit us if you are sick or have been around anyone sick in the past 2 weeks. Both me and Scott have very low immune systems and both of us have severe lung problems so something even mild like the common cold could kill either one of us so know this flu is a lot more dangerous than that. I'm really tempted to put a bottle of hand sanitizer by the door and have my teens use it before they even touch the door handle to come inside from the house from school. I've heard that the flu that goes around every year kills about 36,000 people a year but it wouldn't surprise me if this H1N1 swine flu will kill more than that before it's over with. I def don't want anyone I know to die from it. We are sticking close to home and washing hands much more often again like we did when the regular flu was going around.
