Where can I BUY a magnet my doctor is useless and I am not going to contact her about this . Can't I just BUY a magnet someplace?

This has been subject to discussion numerous times. Cow magnets will work and can be bought at most Feed Stores. Do NOT use earth magnets, they are too powerful.

You can buy magnets from Cyberonics. Just call their toll free number and let whomever answers the phone know you need to purchase a new magnet OR you can contact your case manager. Last I heard the cost was around $30 but you get both the pager style and wrist one.
But, like Birdbomb said, a cow magnet works dandy.

Although this is a late reply, I thought I'd post anyway. Magnets can be obtained at any fabric store (Joann's, etc). They are used to hold pins. You'll find them in the notions dept. You can also use a cow magnet which can be found at any livestock store.
