Description: Luce has deep, chocolate brown eyes and black-brown, curly hair that falls to her waist. He eyes are large but slightly pointed, and Luce has a button nose. She has full, pale pink lips, gently arched eyebrows, and long, thick eyelashes that complete her face. Luce has an oval-shaped face, with a rounded (entirely stubborn) chin. Her cheekbones are high and smooth. Her teeth are perfect (thanks to two years in braces) and white (thanks to Crest Whitestrips).

Luce's mother was Koren, and her father was Japanese, giving her her uniqe look. She is five feet, five inches tall. Luce has a very proportionate body; her figure is skinny, but not emaceated, her fingers are long, her legs are shapely. Don't worry, it's not like she was born that way, Luce works very hard to keep her form--jogging in the moning, doing Tae Chi before bed, eating healthy and the like. Hey, it's hard work being beautiful! And if you really want to know, she's a 32B.

Oh, and her style is usually jeans with a cute top (a tee-shirt with a funny saying, a long dress-type shirt that emphazises her figure some), and a pretty dress if she has to get gussied up. Luce usually wears flats with her casual clothes. She's even "illegaly" added additions to her clothes--iron-on patches, half sowed on orange strips.

Luce speaks barely accented English--she over-pronounces her syllables (SP) and keeps her speech as flawless as she can. However, when she gets excited, she speeks faster and her accent grows stronger.
Personality: Luce is generally happy and nice to everyone she meets. She can tell within seconds of meeting someone whether or not they're going to get along or not. But usually, when people betray her trust, she gives second chances three or four times before she completely writes you off.

She always roots for the underdog and will stand up for what's right, even though it might not be what is accepted. Her strong sence of loyalty and justice can be a flaw, too--she hates it when she is betrayed. And if you get her angry, or completely disregard her, she is going to raise hell in anyway. Luce is very creative--which is dangerous if she wants revenge.

And if you're stupid enough to make her your enemy, she will take you down in any way that you can after you strike out at her. Luce will pull your name through the mud, or "accidentaly" dystroy your possesions. That's why it's always better to stay on her good side. Luce doens't discriminate and will talk to anyone. If you just don't have anything in common, well, she'll direct you to someone who does.

Luce is genearlly curtious towards professors, but she doesn't like it if you don't explain things or, if you teach things that just seem ridiculous. She doesn't like it if you treat her like an idiot, and if you don't do any of these things, Luce will respect you.

Being around people and having things flow nicely makes Luce content and happy. When someone disturbs that peace, she gets genuenly upset and will probably cry. In general, sad things--such as death, loss, unbearable or unfortunate situations--makes Luce depressed and unhappy. If you get her upset enough, she'll start having a panic attack. This happeneds when Luce gets way too stressed for her own good. Get her really angry--like, betraying her, being ignorant, not hearning anyone out, bulying somone--and she will not hesitate to chew you out or even physically harm you. But when she gets happy, she will sing, skip, smile, hug, kiss--whatever she needs to get her emotions out of her body.

History: Luce was born in Honolulu, and lived there until three years ago. Her parents opened a very successful talent agency, but never asked the family to help out. In fact, they always pushed their children towards everything else, and so Luce always succeeded in her studies.

Luce was always popular, and when she started turning into that dangerous kind of popular, her parents shoved her down with community service work--actually meeting and talking with homless people and the like, which kept her humble.

Luce has always had good relationships with her familiy. She fights with her brother, of course, but her mother and her hardly ever fight. But her father and her really butt heads on lots of issues--how to solve global warning, how to improve international relations--and they always get in gigantic fights.

Her Aunt Ai and Uncle Niko live near Waverly, and heard about its excellent reputation. They promptly contacted Luce's parents, who checked out the school the summer before ninth grade.

And so she moved from Honolulu out to Waverly High. Her parents still live in Honolulu, and she doesn't like being without them for most of the school year. Next year, her brother will be joining her at Waverly, to her excitement.
