Not sure this is the right plce for this post, but if you look in the scene where Mrs L and Charlie are discussing her boys, on her desk in a penguin. It is the same penguin that Joey has in friends! Episode 9.17 'the one with the memorial service' Apparantly they are not made anywhere, it's a one off, so they must have stolen it from the set of friends! strange eh!

yeah, it's the episode werer Ross pretends he is dead so that they can have a memorial service for him, it's not a bad episode, the other story line is the one that emma wants Joey's hugsy, and that is the one that is on Mrs L's desk!

Perhaps they were made in bulk after the friends epsiode - after all they are two totally different production companies that produce.... Friends and The West Wing.

hey I have a solution for this problem... Matt Perry (Chandler Bing) is self-said to be a LOOONNNGGG time friend of MOST of the cast of TWW... If I remember correctly he actually had a small role on TWW... Also, the two shows share some of the same directors... I think it would be logical to assume the offending penggy came from one show to the other by way of at least ONE of these similar contacts...
Oh and wasn't there TWO penggys on that FRIENDS epi!? Emma liked the one Joey had and wanted it but so did Joey so he went out and bought another one. The new one was complete while the "OLD" or the first one seen on that epi had an eye missing... both were seen in that epi... Which one of the two is it that is seen on TWW?

Yeah, if I recall rightly, Matthew Perry got a job in the White House Counsel's Office after Donna said he looked like Ainsley Hayes.
