Real Name:Bart Allen

Age: appears to be 16 but since he grew-up at an acerlerated rate it could also be said that he's around 5 years old.

Appearance: A short kid with slightly muscular build, has blue eyes and brown hair. His costume is mainly gold colored with red gloves and boots and a red symbol across his chest.

Abilities: He's a speedster and he can also vibrate though different things and has a picture perfect memory

Weaknesses: Is easily distracted, impatient, and loves shiney objects

History: Bart is the grandson of Barry Allen who was the Flash before Wally. Before Barry faded into the speedforce he went around though time and even had a family. From the time Bart was born he grew at accelerated speeds and was basically raised and taught on video games and computers. This however, did have it's side affects including aging at an acelerated rate. So Bart's mother sent him into the past to find Wally to see if he could help save Bart's life.
Bart found Wally who took him into the speedforce. After entering the speed force with Wally Bart started to age at a normal rate. Bart stayed in the past and went by the code name 'Impulse'. His guardian was a speedster who went by the name of Max Mercury. After JLA: A world without grown-ups, where Bart meet Robin and Superboy, Bart came to be one of the founding members of Young Justice.
After the death of Donna Troy, Young Justice and the old Titans split up. However, Bart found himself in a new Teen Titans group which was organized by Cyborg. After getting shot in his kneecap by Deathstroke Bart later on assumed the name Kid Flash part of his move to prove himself to Wally.
