History: Kyle history is pretty much unknown; all that is known is that at the very young age 8 Kyle developed mysterious powers, living in a foster home and not knowing what was going on with his body and not liking he’s living situation he decided to run away and has been on the run trying to find out the truth about what he is. On his short time alone in the streets of what seemed to be Gotham city Kyle was told that if he was to start a ruckuss that Superman would come and stop him….he thought it would be a good idea seeing as how Superman had strange powers yust like Kyle, but instead of Superman an angry Batman appeared and was not so understanding of his plan…but batman gave the kid a break.
Kyle was later able to help Azrael and robin in a mission that was extremely important to the life of Azrael who had a run in with his old cult, bloodless was able to gain there trust and in turn gain sort of a mentor in the form of Azrael that seemed to be taken in by Kyle.
Kyle later joined Azrael as well as Nightwing as one of the members of the super hero group known as the outsiders, he joined them on many a mission before seemly wanting out from a team that really had no faith in him and in any of his idea’s…the last that was seen of Kyle was when he was under the control of the Azgra a cult that had taken him in as there very own weapon-x/ super solder...on a mission to take down the Azgra without the help of the outsiders Kyle was in over his head and was taken in by them…..no one know what has happened to Kyle since then.

Power’s: Kyle can control any sort of liquid and he can convert his body into a form that resembles water and he can also shoot water blast and make water ball blasts and can pretty much make anything he can imagine, he is also able to heal almost any wound due to his liquid based powers as long as they tend to be a minor wound. He also has enhanced strength and agility in human form and he is able to breath under and above water.

Weakness: Kyle is overly cocky and hot headed… he tends to think he can solve any and all problems by going straight into a fight and doing things by himself he doesn’t wear much protection and he is also a bit of a loner most of the times, he is also overly into the opposite sex, and since his eye's glow when he use's his power's it sort of a dead give away.
