hmm lets see where do we start...alright lets start from the start(if that makes any sense) First we find our 3 current members of the Outsider's lounging around at the Hq, while Nocturnal watches buffy the vampire slayer and let's Arsenal in on a little story that yust a while back he had took out the whole clan of the Gentlemen. While that happened Bloodless stopped by and started to make fun of the vampire cuz he found it funny that an actual vampire would even watch that silly show. So while they were yust there wasting the day away none other then the dark kight himself show's up and tell's em of a little situation that has been going on in the Southern United States at first it was yust some small hate crimes , small murders, things that usually only concern local authorities. But then all of a sudden reports had gotten a bit out of hand with city-wide massacres. In some cases the populations have been reduced to almost a third of their original size. The funny part was that all this lead to a small cult near Washington DC. But the funny thing that also didn't seem right was that also huge bulk shipments of toxins that have disapeared all along the eastern seaboard, along with artillery shipments and some other precious items the government should be keeping a better eye on and all of it seems to be relocating around DC. which seemed unusal seening as most cult have no need for this type of stuff. And with that info the guy's could hardly resist going and busting some heads, and so the roadtrip began...
now the 3 hero's find themselves two min's away from DC and are trying to formulate a plan on how and who should they strike first.
the 3 hero's have a touching moment when Nocturnal ask's the number 1 question on every journalist mind: "why do you guy's do the super hero thing" it really was a fitting question for the moment as we got some good ol' fashion getting to know each other moments, as we got answer's from them such as Bloodless saying that he doesn't think of himself as a hero and that he really doesn't have anything better to do, while we got a moment to get a recap of Arsenal's past from him being a sidekick to becoming the man his is today and also building the new Outsider's H.Q with his own hands. Nocturnal on the other hand explained how he's doing the whole superhero thing to atone for some type of past sin's. While the 3 hero's spoke about this in the car they had arrived to their first location a huge armory that seemed to be used some time between ww1 or 2, not knowing the real answer and not really caring the 3 hero's decided to make there way into the armory and take down whoever dares try to stop them. With the help of Bloodless's water based power the team made it's way tru the first door and into the darkness.
What await's these 3 hero's as they are itching for some action? Stay tuned and maybe we'll find out together ( if not i guess i'll have to give ya your $2.50 back :()
As the 3 hero's made their way into the huge Armory. They all agreed that this had to be be one of the worst government installation's around today.
As the 3 hero's decided that they would move forward to see what they would find they were stopped in their very track by a bright light that turned out to be 50 soldier's that had the 3 hero's surrounded, at first the group thought that they would be in a huge fight till it turn's out that the soldier's had some info on Arsenal and they know about him working for the government under the name of Speedy when he was a Titan. With that the government soldiers asked him why they were trespassing, only to get another question from Arsenal asking how was the facility run. Yust then a mysterious voice came out of the loud speaker saying that the armory was no longer U.S. property and that they would like to solve the problem at hand peacefully and if the 3 Outsider's left now that there would be no violence.
What will the 3 Outsider's say in response to what the mysterious voice said?

If the armory is not being runned by the U.S. Government, then who is it be runned by?

When we last left our hero's it seemed that they were gonna open up a can of whoop @#$ on the guards, but that all changed when they were all teleported to a lab. While there, they looked around and saw test's tube's that were incased in metal so no one could see what was being worked on inside. Once they took a look around the lab the same mysterious voice spoke over the loud speaker and told the 3 hero's that it would be in their best interest if they got the 3 hero's alone thus stopping any unnecessary fighting from taking place, and with that another flash happened and they were all teleported to 3 different rooms.
In one room you have bloodless trapped in a room with ton's of Nazi and SS banner's up.
In the other room you have Arsenal in a room filled with old titan's memorabilia and pictures of him as a young boy and even pic's of donna, as he looked around the room he heard a female voice come out of nowhere.
And in another room we have Nocturnal trapped in a lab in silver chain's, as he heard a voice state how happy they were that they had been sent a Vampire to work on.
What's up with all the Nazi memorabilia?
How on earth did this secret group manage to get all this info on Arsenal and get pictures of him and of Donna?
What's gonna happen to Nocturnal as he is trapped and is unable to defend himself?
Who was that female voice that is in the same room as Arsenal ?
