Title: Summary: White Sun
Marx - March 23, 2006 04:53 PM (GMT)
So it's One Year Later since the crisis and it seems everything's relatively okay. As a matter of fact it's blatantly slow. The only thing so far that needed the Titans' attention didn't even require the whole team. Wonder Girl led the heroes that went which included Duo, Secret, Superboy, and Burnout and they seemed to have everything well in hand, even though it was a little difficult to control Duo without Supersonic being there (for reasons see Supersonic: OYL which'll start soon). But back at the Tower everything was pretty mellow even with Wraith's sudden appearance as she was looking for Duo and Super. Harm then suggested that since she was bored and Shinobi was already training the two should spar which both teens readily accepted. Outside the Tower, the former Titan, Prysm was looking for her teamates to which Harm had no problem leading her to.
Meanwhile things seemed to be just as slow for the Outsiders. Though with the return of Doomsboy and the new arrival of Plastic Man that might not be the case for long.
Marx - March 26, 2006 10:26 PM (GMT)
Well where to start. Let's start with the weirder stuff first. I totally called it with the Outsiders didn't ? Slow is definitely not the word for the HQ at the moment as Doomsboy, Nocturnal and Bloodless decided to put Plastic Man though the "initiation" for membership to the Outsiders. The initiation including a pink tutu, half a keg and 6 paranhas. Though Plastic Man did get back at them a little by taking Doomsboy's shape as he wore the tutu.
Meanwhile in Titans Tower, the spar between Shinobi and Wraith started as the two began to feel each other out *snicker* No pun intended. Anyway, Prysm has come looking for CM3, and Mystic is none too pleased. And yet another new arrival has come in the form of High Velocity. What will come of this? When will they finally get to the planet? How? Beats me, I'm making this up as I go along with everyone else. :P
Marx - March 30, 2006 06:50 PM (GMT)
Well of course when everyone gets used to everything being slow something comes up. Both The Titans/YJ and the Outsiders get the same message. Sent from a really far off planet called Discono(hey, I honestly couldn't think of a name for that frickin planet, it was this close ScoobyDora) but anyway, a girl gives out a distress call from Discono to both teams so Harm calls the heroes that aren't there to come to the monitor room, and the Outsiders are forced to stop Plastic Man's initiation.
Marx - April 14, 2006 01:28 PM (GMT)
After some discussion both teams decide to go to the planet. The Supercycle boom tubes everyone to the Outsiders HQ first to pick them up, as well as Wonder Girl who'd shortly stopped off there. As the Supercycle made a boom tube to Discono, everyone began to discuss exactly how they'd find the girl but didn't have time as they were attacked. Everyone had noticed the odd sunlight and began to manifest odd powers which either boosted their original ones or gave them a completely different set. This made them more than a match for their attackers. But Harm soon realized that one of the attackers was the very girl(though slightly older) that sent for the distress call and called for the fighting to stop.
As some of the people started to stop Sirdar took it a little too literally as his boosted powers not only froze them but transported them to a building that resembled Titans Tower above the clouds. After Harm realized kinda where they were, gargoyles that were also conjured by Sirdar led them to the great hall where he and the girl(named Krystal, well that's just the easiest way to pronounce it anyway) explained to the best of their ability exactly what was going on. It seemed that the ones that attacked them was actually the resistance and the distress call was sent years ago so they just assumed the Titans and Outsiders were the enemy especially after they saw Match who apparently resembled one of their "masters" though he apparently wasn't wearing an S. Meanwhile Match's powers seemed to being doing more harm than good to him.

Marx - May 7, 2006 05:14 AM (GMT)
Okay, after some talking the heroes were able to find out, that one of the "masters" was most likely Black Zero. And thinking it'd be a good idea to learn their new abilities Harm suggested that everyone pair off and have a quick spar to get a feeling for the new powers. Meanwhile Sirdar got a visit from the ghost of Omen, while Nocturnal went on his neverending quest for booze in the makeshift Tower.
Marx - May 15, 2006 09:02 PM (GMT)
The others continue to spar gradually finding more about their new abilites while Sirdar finds out more about Omen and the planet, such as the fact that the race is inherently peaceful which was why Black Zero and his partner were able to take it down so easily.

The sparring finally finishes as Harm splits the heroes into two teams, a scouting team to actually take out the defenses and a stealth team to actually get in the castle to take out BZ and his partner. Though news from Sirdar indicated that they were purposely sent the message through means other than Krystal so whoever did so knows the heroes are there. Which would mean that they're all walking into a trap.

Marx - July 26, 2006 04:27 PM (GMT)
After lots of planning, the heroes go off to take out the two tyrants. But before they go, they're joined by a demon hybrid by the name of Bolt. While Harm didn't completely trust the newcomer he felt they had enough people to take him down if need be and gave him the benefit of the doubt before they finally left. The scouting team to take out the enemy's defences and the stealth team to go directly after Black Zero and his partner.
Everything seemed to be going exactly according to plan until the stealth group ran into Black Zero who seemed to be giving them quite the hard time, even with the sudden addition of Portal into the fray. And to make matters worse he called his parter who turned out to be Frey, a Titans villian that hadn't been seen since "Time Tour". With Black Zero seeming to be a match for the stealth team, the question remains what new abilites has Frey learned since his disappearance in time and will he be as much of a match for the much larger scouting team as BZ is for the stealth one?
Marx - August 14, 2006 07:45 PM (GMT)
Both Frey and Black Zero showed that their time in this planet was spent well as they continued their fight with the heroes. Eventually as Black Zero lost his patience he released a chemical compound that rendered the heroes unconscious and instructed Frey to do the same. Soon afterwards the heroes found themselves waking up not only shackled but with collars that seemingly cut off their powers. Though Doomsboy and Plastic Man were immune to the compound so more creative measures had to be thought up to imprison them.
Marx - August 22, 2006 05:38 PM (GMT)
Okay, so basically, Sirdar's computer was able to wake him up first so after everyone else woke up the most he could really do was unshackle everyone. Meanwhile Doomsboy was imprissoned inside of Plastic Man, who was magically made to constantly shapeshift so Doomsboy would be unable to escape. Upon talking about it a bit, everyone came upon the realization that both Black Zero and Frey were at the very least allied with someone else who was keeping the two from killing them.
Marx - August 30, 2006 10:47 PM (GMT)
Hm, long story, short. Everyone found out the collars were transmitting their powers somewhere and were possibly activated through telekinesis. Knowing this Sirdar pointed out that Omen's spirit had been with the team and was helping out as they spoke. And meanwhile a floor lower, a certain morphing, pranking, hoodie wearing, superspeedster was back in this dimension and helped to free Krystal and the rest of the rebels.
Marx - October 3, 2006 02:04 PM (GMT)
Finally! The story's moving along. Omen was able to free the others from their collars while telling everyone what she'd overheard. Harm, Sirdar, and Omen were also able to free finally free Doomsboy and Plastic Man from their collective imprisonment. Meanwhile Supersonic tried to get the rebels out of the castle only for Krystal to point out that this is her fight and she's going to be a part of it. But in short, everyone's free and it's time for some application of the ancient art of buttwhup.
Marx - October 10, 2006 03:14 PM (GMT)
After everyone escapes, Supersonic and the rebels meet up and Sirdar casts a spell on the group so that they continually teleport around the castle so that it's difficult to get a bead on them. But when it comes to what to do next, the heroes reach a fork in the road as Harm and Sirdar want to go about it two different ways. While Sirdar wants to set their own traps and get the information before they go into the big fight, Harm wants to go straight to the fight to catch them offguard while disabling the enemies' traps. (lol Though actually it's whether we rush the story a bit and go straight to the big fight or not.) So they give the rest of the Titans/YJ/Outsiders a chance to give their input on the situation. Meanwhile Black Zero and Frey begin to look for the teleporting group.

to see if you were still online to message you ^_^
Marx - October 10, 2006 03:29 PM (GMT)
Ah lol I can't really argue with that logic since it did work. You had really good timing though because I was just about to get some food. Mmmmmmm french toast dripping in syrup...mmmmmmm.
atlantis - October 10, 2006 03:38 PM (GMT)
...I feel really sick all of a sudden. :Shudders: How can you eat that... its just...sick! And WRONG!! ...I think i need to lie down.
Marx - October 10, 2006 03:47 PM (GMT)
I can eat it because it's sooooo good. Mmmm! Syrupy goodness. Though actually there's only 2 pieces of French Toast left so it'll mostly be eggs and bacon...dripping with syrup!
atlantis - October 10, 2006 03:51 PM (GMT)
Marx - October 10, 2006 04:02 PM (GMT)
lol Okay, fine fine. I'll be good, I'll be good...for now anyway.
atlantis - October 10, 2006 04:18 PM (GMT)
Did i tell you of my plan to hide all the bottles of syrup in february??
Marx - October 10, 2006 04:32 PM (GMT)
lol Hm I'll just have to buy some more and hide it in my secret stash! MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! As you know the supermarket's not that far away. ;)
atlantis - October 11, 2006 11:42 AM (GMT)
But isn't your secret stash *whispers the location and whats actually in there* So wouldn't i find it...really easily?
Marx - October 17, 2006 04:38 AM (GMT)
True, but you probably wouldn't go into my secret stash for fear of what you'd find. :P
As for summaries!
Yeah...basically the newcomers Flame and Zen join with the group and the plans are still being worked out. Simple see? :D
Sirdar - October 17, 2006 01:42 PM (GMT)
Heh. I love maple syrup. And french toast. Marx, have you ever tried maple cream or maple butter? Delicious!
atlantis - October 17, 2006 01:53 PM (GMT)
French toast and Maple syrup is really nasty!! there are even rules for after syrup!!
Marx - October 17, 2006 06:15 PM (GMT)
I love French Toast! Possibly more than pancakes and waffles, but it depends on the pancakes and the waffles. And I've never had maple cream or butter, only the syrup. Though when I go to IHOP I always get the butter pecan syrup. MMmmm it's so very good. Even though the "rules" state no perks until I don't taste like syrup anymore lol even if I eat French Toast Crunch. It's still so very good!
Sirdar - October 17, 2006 07:31 PM (GMT)
I have a great recipe for pumpkin pancakes....
atlantis - October 18, 2006 11:42 AM (GMT)
Woo! I love carving pumpkins!! When i get home i'll see if i still have pictures of the ones i did last year. but pumkins are not for eating!!
Marx - October 18, 2006 05:04 PM (GMT)
Awww, pumpkin pie's great though. I've only done one Jack-O-Lantern for Halloween before. I don't even remember what it was, but the ones you've showed me were totally cool.
Sirdar - October 18, 2006 06:05 PM (GMT)
Meh. I usually use OnePie canned pumpkin. Carving out pumpkins... that muck and guck kinda grosses me out!
Marx - November 2, 2006 03:03 PM (GMT)
Okay back to summary, the group splits once again. Most of the team just causes as much chaos as possible to distract Black Zero and Frey which seems to be working at the moment. Sirdar, Harm, and the newbs (Flame, Zen, Zatara and Painter) try to find information on the big bad while the others keep the guards off their back, and Super and CM3 disable as many devices as possible and find the gas that knocked them out just in time for yet another new arrival in the form of Blaze. What's going to happen next? Not completely sure...but I'll make it up if Sirdar doesn't hurry up and post soon! *shakes fist*
Marx - November 10, 2006 07:11 PM (GMT)
Harm and Sirdar's searching find out that the big boss is really another dimensional version of Sirdar trying to get his hands on the helmet of Chaos. With this info the heroes are trying to gather together once more.
Marx - November 28, 2006 11:38 PM (GMT)
After everyone's gathered they realize they have a limited time to get their plans together since Doomsboy ran dead into Black Zero who was able to be ported away and held at by the gargoyles. Without stealth as an ally anymore the heroes make their plans for the final fight as the baddies close in on them.
Marx - December 11, 2006 07:45 PM (GMT)
Hm, running into Black Zero, Sirdar was able to momentarily occupy him as the heroes continue onward to try and stop the ritual that would turn Sirdar's doppleganger into the new Dr. Chaos.
Marx - December 18, 2006 06:00 PM (GMT)
Running into multiple goons, the heroes do a good job of holding them off but with time on the line, Sirdar comes up with the idea of Doomsboy chucking Portal Painter and Zatara to the barrier so they could break it, though as usual Doomsboy wasn't exactly subtle in the use of his powers.
Marx - January 9, 2007 10:13 PM (GMT)
Okay, this is a really quick, very blunt rundown on where White Sun is at the moment for those coming of holiday vacation.
-An alternate version of Sirdar has recruited Black Zero and Frey to help him get the Chaos helmet so he can become the new Dr. Chaos(basically an anti-Dr. Fate).
-The heroes are at the last barrier and as soon as Zatara's able to open it, the plan is to stop Evil Sirdar from becoming Dr. Chaos, most likely having to go through BZ and Frey.
See? Not that complicated. Oh and don't forget they're on a planet that boosts their powers! I've noticed some of the newer recruits seem to be at the same power level. Boost them! Change them! Have fun! It's almost over.
Marx - January 18, 2007 03:35 PM (GMT)
I'll go uber blunt with this one again. They're in the barrier and about to go where Black Zero's guarding evil Sirdar with a vengeance after finding out the other path was a distraction.
Marx - January 29, 2007 11:18 PM (GMT)
Hm, well basically the fight's started as BZ's fighting most of the heroes and Harm finds out that they were too late as there's now a new Dr. Chaos.
