Age: 16

Appearance: standing about 5 feet 11 inches, Joey isn't exactly of an intimidating height or build.

Abilities: Has many of the same powers as different version of The Flash

-Can move and think at fast speeds, for example, running across most surfaces or speed reading (this may be a cause for his self admitted 'rambling')

-Able to phase through objects, either running through them harmlessly or causing them to explode

-Instinctively vibrates between his universe and this one

-Can 'borrow' or 'lend' speed as he needs

Weaknesses:
-Since his mind moves so fast he often moves on to his next thought or idea before completing his current one.

-His is still only human, things like knives and guns can and probably will kill him unless he is able to move away from them

-He can get sick

-His body heals increadibly quickly, this can lead to bones healing improperly and thus needing to be re-broken and set to heal correctly

History: Joey was like most children, a fan of super heroes. His favorite was generally the Flash. He was also a fairly fast child, on the track team actually. But he did get bullied like many, and during one particular session he chose to run and hide rather then fight.

As he hid himself in a tree he was spoken too by a new voice, telling him it was his destiny to become the new 'guardian of the multi-verse'. As such he would need to become more than human, and was asked to define his powers, so as to make a more effective protector.

Deciding to go with what he knew he asked 'To be like the Flash'. And so it was granted, over a few weeks he noticed himself getting faster and faster. Finally he was running fast enough to get friction burns from the air. Attempting to emulate the Flash he created his own uniform from Speed Force.

He became a media sensation as he protected his home, and even involved himself with helping in some...international...situations...

However he is also charged with helping protect this world, often he leaves and returns as he's needed.

Other information:
-Irritates Bart Allen by often calling himself 'The Fastest teen in the Multi-verse'

-Seems to have a freindly rivalry with Marx, the two of them have raced on a few occasions, but didn't have enough space to see who was truely faster.

-Has met Batman the first time he came to this world

-Despite his accomplishments his favorite story to tell is when DC comics tried to sue him for copywrite infringement.

-His costume is a blue version of the Flash's

-He is currently taking boxing lessons
